In "Holds to pull" page, patron column should use patron-title.inc like in other pages (like waiting holds).
This allows to use surname first to allow better sorting/finding.

To test:
1 - Remove age limits from a Child and Adult category in Administration->Patron categories. Ensure Child category can be guarantor and Adult cannot
2 - The above step is to avoid any age checks and form resubmission which removes the guarantor fields
3 - Find/create a child patron
4 - Add a guarantee from the Adult category to the child
5 - Check the DB:
SELECT * FROM borrower_relationships WHERE guarantee_id={borrowernumber of child};
6 - Note the id colum
7 - Edit the child patron to Adult category
8 - Repeat 5
9 - Note the relationship still exists and the id is incremented
10 - Oof!
11 - APPLY PATCH, restart_all
12 - Try again steps 3 - 8
13 - The relationship should not be re-added
14 - Try with more than 1 guarantor on the record, confirming all are deleted
15 - Try adding some guarantor to patron types that should be able to, they relationship should work.
16 - Try changing some patrons to categories that do allow guarantors, making sure the relationship does stay.

Jenkins is not failing when git command fails.
We edited the config and it broke the git repo:
13:32:35 koha_1 | error: unable to normalize alternate object path: /srv/jenkins/workspace/Koha_Source/.git/objects
13:32:35 koha_1 | fatal: not a tree object
13:32:35 koha_1 | [12:29:31] xt/check_makefile.t
So tests were not running correctly
Maybe it will be a problem for people running the tests without being
inside a git repo, but for now we need to ensure the community CI does
what we think it does.

Due to changes made by the commit 0472b56a67, when editing an
existing bibliographic record a default value is inserted while it
should not, according to ApplyFrameworkDefaults systempreference.
Test plan:
==========
1. Verify that ApplyFrameworkDefaults systempreference is set to
‘when cataloguing new records only’.
2. Take any existing bibliographic record, e.g. sn:1. Open it in
standard editor and identify a non used (empty) subfield, e.g. 024 $a.
Note the framework (Books, Booklets, Workbooks). Close the editor
(Cancel).
3. Modify the framework in question (Books, Booklets, Workbooks) by
setting a default value for the chosen subfield (e.g. 024 $a).
4. Open the record in the editor again. Note that the 024 $a subfield
has now an inserted default value while it should not, according to
the ApplyFrameworkDefaults setting. Do not save the record, chose
Cancel.
5. Apply the patch ; restart_all.
6. Repeat p. 4 -- there should be no default value inserted in the
existing record now.

This patch adds a check of mandatory item fields when adding several items
Test plan:
1 We need mandatory subfields for items in the ACQ framework and an open basket configured to create items on order or a closed basket configured to create items on receiving an order
2 In both cases, in the form to create items check that there are mandatory fields.
3 Click the Add multiple items button, write a number and then add.
4 Check that the items have been added.

This patch fixes a number of issues with article request deletion in the
OPAC:
- Cancel button should work when initially hidden by DataTables'
responsive behavior.
- Table row hiding upon deletion should work when DataTables'
responsive behavior has created a secondary row to display the hidden
columns.
- Tab and table caption article count should correctly update when a
request is canceled.
To test, apply the patch and enable ArticleRequests if necessary. If
enabling ArticleRequests for the first time you may need to update your
circulation rules to allow article requests on some patrons or item
types.
- Log in to the OPAC and place several article requests.
- Go to your user summary page and open the article requests tab.
- Narrow your browser window until at least the last column is hidden by
DataTables.
- Click the "+" button to show the hidden details, which should include
the cancel button.
- Click the cancel button. After confirming the deletion the original
row should be hidden along with the row shown by DataTables.
- The article request count in the article requests tab should now be
updated to reflect the new number of requests.
- The same should be true of the article requests table heading.

'Actions' column of the Holdings table.
* Clicking 'Manage bundle' should expand the table to include a new
row directly beneath this one.
* Use the new 'Add to bundle' button that appears in this row to

to add to the bundle
* Ensure the 'Add MARC link' checkbox is checked to create 773 links

This patch fixes the JS on the saved SQL reports page so that the
subgroup column filter is correctly cleared when the tab changes. The
wrong table column is targeted.
To test, apply the patch and go to Reports -> Saved SQL reports.
- If necessary, at least two SQL reports, each with in a different group
and different subgroup. For example:
- sql: SELECT * FROM items LIMIT 10;
- group: Catalog
- subgroup: Statistics
...and...
- sql: SELECT * FROM borrowers LIMIT 10;
- group: Patrons
- subgroup: Statistics
- From the saved reports page, go to the tab for one of your reports and
filter by subgroup.
- Switch to a different tab containing SQL reports. The reports should
be shown as expected.

10 - check item in
11 - mark item lost (no replacement fee generated because item is not checked out)
12 - in database, update date_due for checkout to patron 2, set to a date in the past
13 - check item in
14 - confirm patron 2 now has a fine
15 - Apply patches, restart all
16 - Repeat test plan with another item and confirm no fine is added for patron 2
Note: At step 12 we're pushing the date_due of the old issue into the past to make date_due<curdate(). In production, this comes up when there are days between steps 10 and 13.

Due to a bad rebase we ended up changing subtest names in commit 1b4bb57092
This patch restores them and has no effect on the tests themselves.

This patch modifies the template for adding to a basket from a new
(empty) record in order to make the "Add user" patron search results
correct. The patron search results table headers must be defined in the
template before they are used.
To test, apply the patch and go to Acquisitions.
- Search for a vendor.
- Add or create a basket for that vendor.
- Click "Add to basket" and select "From a new (empty) record."
- In the "New order" form, under the "Patrons" heading, click "Add user"
- Search for patrons to add.
- In the patron search results, each column should have a heading: Card,
Name, Category, Library.

This patch alters the query for checking previous checkouts to use
IN instead of a list of OR for itemnumbers.
To test:
1 - On the command line:
export DBIC_TRACE=1
2 - perl -e 'use Koha::Patrons;my $patron = Koha::Patrons->find(5);my $item = Koha::Items->find(54);warn $item->itemnumber;$patron->do_check_for_previous_checkout( $item->unblessed );'
3 - Note the query
4 - Apply patch
5 - Repeat 2
6 - Note the shorter query
