We need a skip_future_holds flag in item->current_holds to make renewals
act as they did before. There is no need to add it to biblio->current_holds.
Test plan:
Run t/db_dependent/Holds.t
Interface test: Issue a book, place hold on tomorrow, set ConfirmFutureHolds
to 2 days. Verify that renew is not blocked by this hold.

table column "Item holds / Total holds" should now make a difference

This patch adds a new option to the delete_items cronjob
When --del_bibs is set, bib records will be deleted
if the last item is deleted.
The following plan assumes default ktd data.
To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Check the holdings for bib #115 and see 3 items
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=115
2. Run the cron with the following flags
perl ./misc/cronjobs/delete_items.pl --where "biblionumber=115 and homebranch ='MPL'" --verbose --del_bibs --commit
3. Notice in the output the count of current items on the bib record:
Where statement: where biblionumber=115 and homebranch='MPL'
Deleting empty bib records!
Deleting item '237' (of 3)
Deleting item '238' (of 2)
4. Confirm the two Midway items were deleted from bib #115, and the bib still exists with one item
4. Run the cron again but change the the --where flag to delete all the items from bib #115
perl ./misc/cronjobs/delete_items.pl --where "biblionumber=115" --verbose --del_bibs --commit
5. Notice in the output the bib is deleted after the last item is deleted
Where statement: where biblionumber=115
Deleting empty bib records!
Deleting item '239' (of 1)
Last item deleted - deleting bib '115'
8. Confirm the bib #115 was deleted
9. Add some more items and test with some other --where parameters
10. Test with and without --commit and --del_bibs, test the --help flag

This patch updates all existing calls to the renamed method throughout
the codebase to maintain compatibility.
Changes:
* Updated C4::Circulation calls to use revert_found()
* Updated C4::Reserves calls to use revert_found()
* Updated test files to use revert_found()
* Maintained all existing functionality and behavior
All existing functionality is preserved - this is purely a method
name change to reflect the expanded capability.

This patch refactors the revert_waiting method to handle all found statuses
instead of just waiting holds, making it more versatile and consistent.
Changes:
* Renamed method from revert_waiting() to revert_found()
* Expanded functionality to handle all found statuses (W, T, P)
* Updated exception logic to check is_found instead of is_waiting
* Changed exception message from hold_not_waiting to hold_not_found
* Added comprehensive tests for all found statuses
* Updated POD documentation to reflect new behavior
The method now reverts any hold with a found status back to a regular
hold with priority 1, regardless of whether it was waiting, in transit,
or in processing.
To test:
1. Apply the patches
2. Run tests:
$ ktd --shell
k$ cd /kohadevbox/koha
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Hold.t
=> SUCCESS: All tests pass including new subtests for T and P statuses
3. Verify all hold test suites pass:

This patch makes the DB revision idempotent.
To test:
1. Fix the Koha version right before the broken upgrade:
$ ktd --shell
k$ koha-mysql kohadev
> UPDATE systempreferences SET value="23.1200052" WHERE
variable="version"; \q
2. Restart everything (memcached should be enough)
k$ restart_all
3. Run:
k$ updatedatabase
=> FAIL: You get:
```shell
Upgrade to 23.12.00.053 [19:34:35]: Bug 36755 - Increase length of 'code' column in borrower_attribute_types
ERROR: C4::Installer::foreign_key_exists(): DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed: Table 'koha_kohadev.pseudonymized_borrower_attributes' doesn't exist at /kohadevbox/koha/installer/data/mysql/db_revs/231200053.pl line 11
5. Repeat 3
=> SUCCESS: Update runs smoothly!
To Test:
Before applying:
1. Turn on the UseTransportCostMatrix system preference
2. Create holds on a record with multiple items. (I used Lanark in KTD)
3. Set the item location to all be the same (I used MID)
4. Set the holds to pickup at Centerville, Fairfield, and Pleasant Valley
5. Set the transport cost matrix to
Centerville\fairfield 1
Centerville\Midway 1
Fairfield\Centerville 1
Fairfield\Midway 1
Midway\Centerville 1
Midway\Fairfield 1
Midway\Pleasant Valley 4
6. Build the holds queue (either turn on realtime hold queue and then edit the bib to update or run the cron on the command line)
7. Run a report: select * from hold_fill_targets where biblionumber=9 order by borrowernumber;
8. Rebuild the hold queue
9. Run the report again, the results should be the same.
10. Apply the patch
11. Run the hold queue again
12. Observe the results should now be different.
13. Try a few more times and ensure the numbers are changing, create some more items at midway and try again to see more variety in numbers.
To test:
0 - APPLY PATCH
1 - Place 50 holds on a bib record
https://github.com/kidclamp/handy-koha-script/blob/main/randhold.pl
2 - View the holds page for the record
3 - Sort the holds alphabetically
4 - Change the dropdown priortiy for the alphabetically first hold to 1
5 - All the priorities should now ajust accordingly but they will NOT be resorted on the fly
6 - Play with adjusting some priorities, making sure everything correctly adjusts.
7 - Click 'Update holds' to make sure the priorities adjust right
8 - Make sure you test with the 'del' option and the adjustments still work.
This patch removes the italics formatting from the shelving location
now that it is in its own column. The formatting was there to
differentiate the shelving location from the branch name when they were
in the same column. This is not necessary anymore.
To test :
1. Go to a record with items which have a shelving location.
--> The shelving location is in italics
2. Apply patch
3. `yarn build`
4. Refresh the page (Ctrl + F5)
--> The shelving location is displayed normally
Test plan, k-t-d, patches applied:
1) Search for 'music':
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?q=music
2) Click the 'Select all' link on the left of the search toolbar
3) Click the 'Place hold' button on the same toolbar
4) On the patron input, add 'koha'
5) You need to pick the 'Pickup location' specifically for each hold. Click 'Place holds'
6) On this screen (reserve/request.pl) ensure the table(s) work. Selecting all works. Canceling selected works (it doesn't refresh immediatelly, it's a background job). Suspend works as before, sorting, etc.
7) Now visit the patron details page:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/members/moremember.pl?borrowernumber=51
8) Click the 'Holds' tab.
9) Verify we now have a checkbox column at the start.
10) Test that selecting multiple holds and canceling selected works. Same for suspending.
11) Test the canceling or suspending a specific hold works.
12) Test that this table is compatible with AutoResumeSuspendedHolds sys pref i.e. you're unable to set a resume date when suspending in bulk or single if this sys pref is turned off.
13) Repeat steps 8-12 but for the circulation page from patron details at:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/circ/circulation.pl?borrowernumber=51
14) Ensure tests added for API REST endpoint added here pass:
