When sending a notice of a hold ready for pickup (not digest) we use the library where the hold is at.
We should also use this when setting the reply to.
To test:
1 - Set the email/replyto for a patron's library to be:
patron@example.com
2 - Set the email/replyto for another branch to be:
holdbranch@example.com
3 - Place a hold for the patron for pickup at the other branch
4 - Check in and set hold waiting
5 - SELECT * FROM message_queue
6 - Note the message is from the hold branch, but has a null replyto
This means we will use patron branch when sending
7 - Apply patch
8 - Revert hold waiting status
9 - Checkin and confirm hold again
10 -Check message queue
11 - Hold now has reply address of branch

The sentence in English: "2 of 3 renewals remaining" is translated as "2 uzatma hakkınızdan 3 tane kaldı" in Turkish.
This is wrong. Right Turkish translation must be like this : "3 uzatma hakkınızdan 2 tane kaldı"
We cannot use %s/%s as the order will be preserved, we need to use named
placeholders.
Test plan:
Apply this patch
% gulp po:update --lang LANG
Go to misc/translator/po
% git grep 'renewals remaining'
Translate the occurrences, remove fuzzy
sudo koha-translate --update LANG --dev kohadev
restart_all
Enable LANG for both staff and OPAC
Have a look at the checkouts table and notice that the strings have
been correctly translated

Some dates in invoices.tt are being formatted to the system DateFormat
when they are not being displayed, which causes processing errors when
the code expects ISO format. Dates should be formatted for local format
only when they are being displayed.
To test:
1. Go to Acquisitions and create some invoices
i. Search for a vendor (can submit a blank search box)
ii. Click on vendor name
iii. Click "Receive shipments" button
iv. In the "Receive a new shipment" section, enter any value in the
"Vendor invoice" field and click "Next"
v. Click the "My Vendor" breadcrumb and repeat iii-iv a few times
2. Go to Acquisitions > Invoices
3. Search for some invoices (can submit with all blank filters)
4. Select the checkboxes by two or more invoices
5. Click "Merge selected invoices"
6. Click "Merge" without editing the input data at all
--> Internal server error! "The given date <date> does not match the
date format (iso)"
7. Apply patch
8. Repeat steps 2-6
--> The invoices are merged successfully!

This patch fixes koha-upgrade-schema so that it returns an exit
code of 0 whether or not a DB change is needed. This is important
so that koha-common.postinst proceeds correctly even when there
is no DB change needed (e.g. for 24.11.03-2)
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch

2. dpkg-reconfigure koha-common
3. Note the process completes correctly
4. koha-upgrade-schema kohadev

6. koha-mysql kohadev
update systempreferences set value = '24.1102000' where variable = 'Version';
7. Clear memcached

Yet another visibility bug fix for this specific table.
When the filters are displayed the table is destroyed and recreated.

changes made by the user.

action, then we restore them once it's done.

Because 'Cancel selected' on the table of existing holds uses
$("#cancel_modal_form #inputs").empty; rather than empty();, it fails to
clear out whatever things are in there before it puts in the things it wants.
That leaves things in a confused state, and makes it fail to actually cancel
holds.
Test plan:
1. Without the patch, add a hold to any bib record
2. Select the checkbox for the hold you placed, then click 'Cancel selected'
and confirm that you want to cancel
3. Note that there's no message box about a background job having been
enqueued, and no matter how long you wait, the hold doesn't go away
4. Apply patch, repeat step 2, note that there's now a message box, and
when the background job finishes, that the hold has been deleted.

Remove the bs-data-dismiss attribute from the "cancel transfer" button

Also fixes the confirmation message for deleting.
To test:
1. Go to Acquisitions and create some invoices
i. Search for a vendor (can submit a blank search box)
ii. Click on vendor name
iii. Click "Receive shipments" button
iv. In the "Receive a new shipment" section, enter any value in the
"Vendor invoice" field and click "Next"
v. Click the "My Vendor" breadcrumb and repeat iii-iv a few times
2. Go to Acquisitions > Invoices
3. Specify search filters for shipment to/from dates (that include the
invoices you entered) and search for invoices
4. Try opening, closing, and deleting individual invoices using the
Action menu
--> Internal server error! "The given date <date> does not match the
date format (iso)".
--> Also, note that there is no confirmation dialog when deleting
5. Apply patch
6. Repeat steps 2-4
--> Confirm that invoices can be opened and closed using the drop-down
menu with no issue
--> Confirm that both open and closed invoices can be deleted with no
issue, and that a confirmation message displays before deleting
Note for QA: search for $KohaDates within invoices.tt, and confirm that
the $KohaDates filter is now only used for display, never for Internal
data storage/flow

This change makes $sessionID consistently return using the session
ID and not sometimes the session object.
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. koha-plack --restart kohadev
2. curl -v 'http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/svc/authentication' --cookie-jar /tmp/test.cookies
3. Note the Csrf-Token header value
4. Replace the <CSRF-TOKEN>, <USERID>, and <PASSWORD> tokens in the next step
using the appropriate values (eg the CSRF-TOKEN is from the previous step)
5. curl -v -H "Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded" \
-H "Csrf-Token: <CSRF-TOKEN>" -XPOST \
'http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/svc/authentication' \

This patch restores Any as a budget filter option on the suggestions homepage, but does not allow one to select Any when saving a suggestion
To test:
1 - have two suggestions, one with a fund assigned and one without
2 - go to /cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl, use Fund filter, confirm it does not offer an Any option
3 - apply patch, reload page
4 - use Fund filter, confirm it shows Any as an option and both Any and None work properly
5 - confirm you cannot select Any when creating a new suggestion

Bug 38986: Restore Any option to suggestions homepage filter
"Any" should show all suggestions, any fund value and null fund values. One should not be able to create a suggeestion set to "Any"
"None" should show only suggestions with no fund value selected. A new suggestion should default to "None"
To Test:
1: have two suggestions, one with a fund selected and one without
2: go to suggestions homepage, confirm the filter does not have an "Any" option
3: apply patch, reload page
4: confirm the fund filter on suggestion homepage now has both Any and None and they behave as described above
5: confirm the fund filter defaults to Any as you change the branch filter
6: create a new suggestion, confirm its fund defaults to None and cannot be set to Any

This patch removes the search clause for
extended_attributes when there is no patron
attribute types which are searchable by default.
The clause was incorrectly added because the array
extended_attribute_types was rendered as [""]
This seems to be an issue with get_columns from DBIX Class and how that is cast when forcing an array
in the template. It returns an empty string for nothing, a scalar for a single value, and an array for multiple
values.
This patch now checks if the variable is set and has content, and wraps as an array if so. In the case of two attributes,
we do double the array, but this was true before as we always cast the return as an array.
Test plan:
* Make sure that no borrower attribute type is set to "searched by default"
in Koha administration -> Patron attribute types.
* Enable the network monitring in the developer tools in your web browser
(Ctrl + Shift + E in firefox or Ctrl + Shift + I and select the "Network"
tab).
* Go to the patrons view members-home.pl (click patrons in top menu bar).
* Search for a string that will match multiple borrowers (to not be automatically
redirected)
* Examine the ajax-request and make sure that "extended_attributes.code" is NOT
part of the query.
* Also, in koha-testing-docker with selenium enabled,
run 'perl t/db_dependent/selenium/patrons_search.t'
* Now set one patro attribute to searchable and searched by default and add a value for a patron, confirm search works
* Set a second patron attribute to searchable and searched by default and confirm searching works
