This patch performs the following column renames:
* id => renewal_id
* issue_id => checkout_id
The idea is that no translation is needed for the API, and also, being a
new table, we can educate the users into the 'to be' terminology we are
leaning towards, instead of having them learn one naming to create
reports and then need to translate them once we normalize things in a
future.
That said, this is simple to review.
Apply this patch and repeat the test plan.

Add the new 'renewals' relation to Koha::Old::Checkout to return a
list of Koha::Checkouts::Renewal objects.
We also add the same relation to the OldIssue schema inline.

This patch renames the underlaying relationship names used in the
'patron' and 'library' subs so they are more clearly prefetchable and
also enabling them to be embeddable and searchable through an eventual
API route for recalls.

2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Recall*

REST API route /patrons has extended_attributes available (x-koha-embed) but it's actually not working.
GET /api/v1/patrons: unhandled exception (Koha::Exceptions::BadParameter)<<Cannot find Koha::Object class for extended_attributes>> Koha::REST::Plugin::Exceptions::__ANON__ /kohadevbo
x/koha/Koha/REST/Plugin/Exceptions.pm (73)
It's missing the relationship named "extended_attributes".
Test plan:
Create a new patron attribute CODE and a value for a patron
Hit /api/v1/patrons?q={"extended_attributes.type":"CODE"}
Also:
1. Apply the regression tests patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail, boooo
