This patch fixes the variable name meant to display the circulation desk
name when the waiting hold was checked in at a specific circ desk.
A revised test plan to test this specific case:
- Install a new langage
gulp po:update --lang fr-CA
./misc/translator/translate install fr-CA
- Log in to the staff client and set your circulation desk
- Requires that the UseCirculationDesks preference is enabled and at
least one desk is defined in Administration -> Desks.
- Place a hold to be picked up at your logged-in library
- Check in the item on hold and confirm the hold
- Go to the record details page. In the holdings table you should see
this under "Status" for that item:
--> "Waiting at [library], undefined since [date]."
- Check the translation files
cd misc/translator/po/
git grep "Waiting at" fr-CA*
--> There is no "Waiting at %s, %s since %s."
- Apply patch
- Update strings again
- Check translation files again
--> The string should be there
- Translate the string (making sure to remove the fuzzy line if any)
- Install the translation again (only the translate install part)
- Check the record details page again. You should now see:
--> "Waiting at [library], [desk] since [date]."

This patch redoes the fix that was made in bug 38450 to make sure
the "Waiting at ... since ..." string is picked up by the translation
tool. It's a parenthesis move.
See bug 38450 for explanation.
_("This %s is picked").format(foo)
_("This %s is NOT picked".format(bar))
To test:
1. Install a new langage
gulp po:update --lang fr-CA
./misc/translator/translate install fr-CA
2. Place a hold
3. Check in the item on hold and confirm the hold
4. Go to the record details page
--> Waiting at ... since ... is in English
5. Check the translation files
cd misc/translator/po/
git grep "Waiting at" fr-CA*
--> There is no "Waiting at %s, %s since %s."
6. Apply patch
7. Update strings again
8. Check translation files again
--> The string should be there
9. Translate the string (making sure to remove the fuzzy line if any)
10. Install the translation again (only the translate install part)
11. Check the record details page
--> It should be translated!

This patch adds a hint to the library creation form warning the user
about what characters are valid in the "Library code" field.
To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Libraries -> New
library. Under the "Library code" input you should see a hint, "Note:
Whitespace is not permitted. The use of hyphens, dashes, or other
punctuation may cause searching issues."

This patch adds a permissions check around the display of
PatronSelfRegistrationAlert information on the staff interface home
page.
To test, apply the patch and follow the test plan on Bug 35028:
1. Create patron category SELFREG
2. Enable PatronSelfRegistration and set
PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory to SELFREG and
PatronSelfRegistrationAlert to "Show"
3. Go to OPAC, logout if needed, and create a new account. Remember the
value you set for home library.
4. Go to staff interface, set the current library to the one you set in
step 3.
Now view the staff interface home page as two different users:
- A user with either CAN_user_borrowers_edit_borrowers or
CAN_user_borrowers_list_borrowers permission.
- A user with neither.
- The self-registration information should display or not depending on
the user's permission.

This patch makes the 001 field visible when editing a record in the advanced
editor and fixes a bug where, if the syspref autoControlNumber was set to
"generated as biblionumber," editing a record through the advanced editor
would overwrite the existing 001 value.
1. Create a new record with a custom "001 Control Number" MARC field, don't use biblionumber as control number.
2. In the system preferences set EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor to "enable" and autoControlNumber to "generated as biblionumber"
3. Edit record, switch to advanced editor either through option in the "Settings" dropdown menu or switch on top right of the page.
4. In the advanced editor see that it doesn't show 001 field, no need to change anything just use the save button to save the record.
5. On the record page see MARC preview, it's gonna be overwritten by the value of biblionumber.
6. With basic editor change the 001 field to your old custom value.
7. Apply the patch.
8. Use the advanced editor again, 001 field should be visible now.
9. Use the save button to save the record. Make sure that your custom value is still there by using MARC preview on records page.

This patch makes some markup and CSS changes to improve the style of
controls in the build guided report process.
To test, apply the patch and rebuild the staff interface CSS.
- Go to Reports -> Create guided report
- In each step of the process, confirm that navigation buttons are
styled with Font Awesome arrow icons.
- In step 3, confirm that the "Add" and "Delete" buttons are
well-styled and aligned well between the two selection boxes.

These tests have always passed for me running cypress on UI, before and after this patch.
CLI tests however, were flaky and often times failed.
It appears this is because each module refresh was flooding the server with HTTP requests causing the whole thing to bottleneck (?)
With this patch, all widget requests are stubbed for every widget test, and tests now pass on CLI consistently. Passed 10/10 for me, whereas before it failed more often than passed.

Test plan:
1) Enable ERMModule
2) Visit ERM:
<staff_url>/cgi-bin/koha/erm/erm.pl
3) Notice you now have a 'dashboard' homepage showing 4 different widgets
4) Click 'Open Widget Picker'. Remove and add different widgets. Close
5) Drag and drop the widgets around the dashboard, from left to right, top to bottom
6) Click the context menu (vertical dots) on each of the widgets. Click 'move to right', 'move to left', 'remove'.
7) On the 'Licenses needing action', notice there is a 'Settings' item option. Click that, test different settings values. Close settings.
8) Using the widget picker or context menu for the respective widgets, remove all widgets except one. Click away i.e. 'Agreements' on the left menu. Go back to home by clicking 'Home'. Notice your dashboard is as you left it.
9) Enable all widgets, rearrange them by dragging and dropping in different places. Repeat the previous exercise. Notice the dashboard keeps the widgets arranged as you left them.
10) Add some test data, on k-t-d run:
bash <(curl -s a0347d4199/bug_39320_test_data.sh)
11) Refresh the homepage dashboard, check the 'Counts' are correct and links work, check that the 'Latest SUSHI Counter jobs' table now populates and links to the data provider as well as respective job.
12) For 'Licenses needing action', test different settings values and confirm the table filters the results as expected.
13) As before, click away and comeback to ERM home. Notice your 'Licenses needing actions' settings are kept as you left them.
14) For the 'eUsage report' widget, notice it says 'No saved reports are availble to run'. Create a new usage report at:
<staff_url>/cgi-bin/koha/erm/eusage/reports
15) Click the 'Create report' tab, input the mandatory fields and enter a report name at the bottom of the page. Click 'Save report'.
16) Come back to ERM home. Notice the 'eUsage report' widget now shows a dropdown with a disabled 'Run' button.
Pick the report you just created. Notice the 'Run' button is now enabled. Click 'Run'. Notice you get the report results screen (will show nothing as there is no usage data in this test exercise).
17) k-t-d: Run cypress tests (reset_all beforehand to clear test data):
cypress run --spec t/cypress/integration/ERM/ModuleDashboard_spec.ts
