To match the coding guideline SQL12.
We do this for consistency.
Note that we do not need an update DB as BOOLEAN is an alias for
TINYINT(1).
The is_boolean flags have been added to the schema.
Test plan:
1. `dbic` should run correctly
2. kohastructure.sql should be syntaxicaly correct
3. `git grep -i boolean installer/data/mysql/kohastructure.sql`
should not return relevant occurrences.

- re-run your query and see that your nulls have changed to zeros
- create a new item
- rerun your query and see your new item is counted in the zeros, not the nulls

Recent versions of MariaDB changed the output of 'DESCRIBE' for
timestamp columns with defaults from `CURRENT_TIMESTAMP` to
`current_timestamp()`. As such the code inside
DBIx::Class::Schema::Loader which catches such cases and outputs
`\"current_timestamp"` as a sensible cross platform default is missed
and this leads of inconsistent class files and bugs with out default
lookup code in Koha::Objects.
This patch serves as a backport of the code I have submitted upstream
such that out developers can continue to use update_dbix_class_files.pl
to build their schema classes from the database and regardless of their
db server version get a consistently correct output.

Again a regression caused by
commit fa54100dff
Bug 18403: Use patron-title.inc when hidepatronname is used [SPECIFIC for issuehistory]
GetBiblioIssues does a union all with issues and old_issues, so we
should old_issues as well.
To make the join on the items table we need to define the item and
patron methods. For consistency the relationships have been redefined
(item instead of itemnumber, borrower instead of borrowernumber) in the
DBIx::Class definition.
This is not perfect but I think the best way to provide an easy to
backport patch.
It highlights that we need improvements in this area.

This introduces the concept of API keys for use in the new REST API.
A key is a string of 32 alphanumerical characters (32 is purely
arbitrary, it can be changed easily).
A user can have multiple keys (unlimited at the moment)
Keys can be generated automatically, and then we have the possibility to
delete or revoke each one individually.
Test plan:
1/ Go to staff interface
2/ Go to a borrower page
3/ In toolbar, click on More -> Manage API keys
4/ Click on "Generate new key" multiple times, check that they are
correctly displayed under the button, and they are active by default
5/ Revoke some keys, check that they are not active anymore
6/ Delete some keys, check that they disappear from table
7/ Go to opac interface, log in
8/ In your user account pages, you now have a new tab to the left "your
API keys". Click on it.
9/ Repeat steps 4-6

It implements only the "client credentials" flow with no scopes
support. API clients are tied to an existing patron and have the same
permissions as the patron they are tied to.
API Clients are defined in $KOHA_CONF.
Test plan:
0. Install Net::OAuth2::AuthorizationServer 0.16
1. In $KOHA_CONF, add an <api_client> element under <config>:
<api_client>
<client_id>$CLIENT_ID</client_id>
<client_secret>$CLIENT_SECRET</client_secret>
<patron_id>X</patron_id> <!-- X is an existing borrowernumber -->
</api_client>
2. Apply patch, run updatedatabase.pl and reload starman
3. Install Firefox extension RESTer [1]
4. In RESTer, go to "Authorization" tab and create a new OAuth2
configuration:
- OAuth flow: Client credentials
- Access Token Request Method: POST
- Access Token Request Endpoint: http://$KOHA_URL/api/v1/oauth/token
- Access Token Request Client Authentication: Credentials in request
body
- Client ID: $CLIENT_ID
- Client Secret: $CLIENT_SECRET
5. Click on the newly created configuration to generate a new token
(which will be valid only for an hour)
6. In RESTer, set HTTP method to GET and url to
http://$KOHA_URL/api/v1/patrons then click on SEND
If patron X has permission 'borrowers', it should return 200 OK
with the list of patrons
Otherwise it should return 403 with the list of required permissions
(Please test both cases)
7. Wait an hour (or run the following SQL query:
UPDATE oauth_access_tokens SET expires = 0) and repeat step 6.
You should have a 403 Forbidden status, and the token must have been
removed from the database.
8. Create a bunch of tokens using RESTer, make some of them expires
using the previous SQL query, and run the following command:
misc/cronjobs/cleanup_database.pl --oauth-tokens
Verify that expired tokens were removed, and that the others are
still there
9. prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/oauth.t

This features would add the ability to create clubs which patrons may be
enrolled in. It would be particularly useful for tracking summer reading
programs, book clubs and other such clubs.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Ensure your staff user has the new 'Patron clubs' permissions
4) Under the tools menu, click the "Patron clubs" link
5) Create a new club template
* Here you can add fields that can be filled out at the time
a new club is created based on the template, or a new enrollment
is created for a given club based on the template.
6) Create a new club based on that template
7) Attempt to enroll a patron in that club
8) Create a club with email required set
9) Attempt to enroll a patron without an email address in that club
10) Create a club that is enrollable from the OPAC
11) Attempt to enroll a patron in that club

Recently, there's been a major fix on the REST api swagger spec,
which involved fixing boolean values so they are actually booleans
and Koha::Object was extended to handle that.
While the swagger spec for this endpoint got fixed, such is not the case
with the implementation (the controller class).
This patch fixes this situation by:
- Specifying boolean properties as boolean in the schema file
- Fixes the controller so it returns Koha::Hold objects instead of the
hashref returned by GetReserve, which is wrong.
- Better (than empty) descriptions are added to 'suspend',
'suspend_until' and 'lowestPriority' on the spec.
To test:
- Run:
$ sudo koha-shell kohadev
k$ cd kohaclone
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail, mostly due to error 500 results.
- Apply this patch
- Run:
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D
This can also be tested using any interface for REST apis.
Note: This endpoint lacks several of the new guidelines and is not
complete (there's no GET for single holds, etc). It is also missing
exception handling. There are probably
other bug reports for that, just thought it was worth mentioning.

The previous query was wrong. If an item type did not contain the
translation in the interface's language, the ->search_with_localization
did not return it at all.
What we need is definitely to add a second condition on the join.
For reference:
http://search.cpan.org/dist/DBIx-Class/lib/DBIx/Class/Relationship/Base.pm#conditionhttps://blog.afoolishmanifesto.com/posts/dbix-class-parameterized-relationships/
That sounds hacky but seems to be the DBIx::Class path to follow.

To properly move C4::Koha::GetItemTypes to Koha::ItemTypes we need
DBIx::Class to make a join on the localization table to retrieve the
possible translated description of the item types.
To do so there are 2 possibilities. The first one would have been to
rename the localization table to something like itemtype_localization.
That way we could have had a relationship between
itemtype_localization.code and itemtypes.itemtype
That would have meant to create one table per "entity" (here an entity
is itemtype) we allow the translability. There are pros and cons for
this choice, so I opt for another solution.
The other solution is to create a view on top of this localization
table. With this new view we can define the missing relationship.
That sounds like a quite clean solution and easy to implement.
Once we have this relationship, the
Koha::ItemTypes->search_with_localization will join on this view an
return the same result as GetItemTypes( style => 'array' ).
To replace
GetItemtypes( style => 'hash' )
which is the default behavior of this subroutine, we can do something like:
my $itemtypes = Koha::ItemTypes->search_with_localization;
my %itemtypes = map { $_->{itemtype} => $_ } @{ $itemtypes->unblessed };
This patchset must not introduce big changes but it changes certain
behaviors (which were wrong) in some scripts. Indeed sometimes the
descriptions of the item types were not the translated ones. Moreover it
happens that the item types displayed in a dropdown list were not
ordered by translated description, but by description of code
(itemtypes.itemtype value). These 2 behaviors are what we expect.
Test plan:
Bugs will be hard to catch since these patches change a lot of file, it
will be easier to read the diff and catch possible typos or logic
errors.
However signoffers can focus on modified files and the item types
values.
