Bug 34978: Simplify tests logic
Joining the plugin classes strings and then performing regex checks on
it might be a bit fragile. I had hard time understanding the ands the
conditions for truth.

I rewrote it in a more intuitive way just using `none` and the tests are
easy to understand and pass.

The failure is probably because new plugins were added that make the
resulting string not match the expected structure.

The new new tests design is more readable anyway and not subject to this
errors in future additions.

Bug 34978: (QA follow-up) Simplify code and make it stricter
This patch simplifies the code a bit, removing duplicated pieces of code
and making it slightly more readable.

The main change is that it now just filters the `@plugin_classes` list
as required, and leaves the original codebase for dealing with loading
the plugins untouched.

A BIG change it implements is that it now requires full class names. I
don't see the use case for partial names, and I generally think we
should be stricter in this area. If there's the need for partial class
names, this should be handled with specific parameters, etc.

It also makes it explicit that the `include` and `exclude` parameters
are mutually exclusive.

A minor idiomatic issue is fixed as well.

Bug 34978: Add --include and --exclude options to install_plugins.pl
I have added the options --include and --exclude to the install_plugins.pl script. When running the script, you can now specify which plugins you want to install (--include) and which ones you do not want to install (--exclude).

--include installs only the plugins from the specified classes.
--exclude installs all plugins except those from the specified classes.
It's possible to specify the package to install a specific plugin.
--include and --exclude cannot be used simultaneously.

Usage example:
./misc/devel/install_plugins --include <package::pluginClass> --include <anotherPluginClass>"

TEST PLAN
1) Apply the patch
2) Add at least three plugins to the plugin directory ([Koha]/plugins/Koha/Plugin/)
3) Empty the "plugin_data" and "plugin_methods" tables (SQL command: "delete from plugin_data; delete from plugin_methods;")
4) In a terminal, execute this command "./misc/devel/install_plugins.pl --include <package::pluginClass> --include <anotherPluginClass>" (Replace <package::pluginClass> and <anotherPluginClass> with the class and package of your plugins)
5) In your Koha intranet, go to "Koha administration > Manage plugins"
6) Verify that only the specified plugins are installed
7) Repeat step 3
8) In a terminal, execute this command from your Koha project"./misc/devel/install_plugins.pl --exclude <package::pluginClass> --exclude <anotherPluginClass>"
9) Verify that all plugins except the specified ones are installed
10) Run the tests from the Plugins.t file ([Koha]/t/db_dependent/Koha/Plugins/Plugins.t)
11) Ensure that all tests are successful

Bug 40296: Add unit tests for booking status handling
This patch adds test coverage for the new booking status management
in AddIssue:

Test scenarios covered:
- Patron checking out their own booked item (marks as completed)
- Different patron checking out booked item during actual booking period
  (cancels booking)
- Checkout conflicts only during lead period (preserves booking, respects
  librarian decision)
- Checkout period encompassing entire booking period (cancels booking)
- No booking present (normal operation)

Tests ensure proper booking lifecycle management and validate that
librarian override scenarios work as intended.

To test:
1. Apply all patches
2. Run: prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t
3. Verify all booking status handling scenarios pass

The test plans now provide:
- Step-by-step instructions for manual testing
- Multiple scenarios covering different use cases
- Clear expectations for what should happen in each case
- Practical workflow that staff would actually follow
- Edge cases like lead period conflicts and overrides

Bug 40296: (follow-up) Fix booking patron ownership and cancellation logic
This follow-up addresses critical issues in the initial implementation:

1. **Patron Ownership Check**: Only mark bookings as 'completed' when
the patron checking out the item is the same patron who made the booking

2. **Smart Cancellation**: When another patron checks out an item that
   conflicts with an existing booking:
   - Cancel the booking only if checkout overlaps with actual booking period
   - Respect lead/trail periods - don't cancel if conflict is only during
preparation periods (allows librarian override scenarios)

3. **Date Logic**: Proper overlap detection using start_date and end_date
rather than periods extended by lead time

This prevents incorrect booking completion and handles librarian override
scenarios appropriately.

Test plan:
1. Apply previous patch and this follow-up
2. Enable bookings and create a bookable item

Test A - Patron's own booking completion:
3. Create booking for Patron A: start = today, end = +7 days
4. Check out item to Patron A (due date = +5 days)
5. Verify booking status = 'completed'

Test B - Lead period override scenario:
11. Return item, set bookings_lead_period circulation rule = 3 days
12. Create booking for Patron A: start = +5 days, end = +8 days
13. Check out item to Patron B (due date = +4 days) - conflicts with lead period
14. Override the booking conflict warning
15. Verify Patron A's booking status remains 'new' (not cancelled)
16. This respects librarian's decision that item will return in time

Test C - No booking scenario:
17. Return item, ensure no active bookings exist
18. Check out item to any patron
19. Verify checkout works normally without errors

Bug 40296: Mark booking as completed when issuing to booking patron
This patch adds logic to automatically mark a patron's booking as
'completed' when they check out the item they have booked.

When AddIssue is called, the system now:
- Checks if there's a conflicting booking for the checkout period
- Marks the booking status as 'completed' if found

This ensures booking status accurately reflects when items are
actually checked out to fulfill bookings.

Test plan:
1. Enable bookings system preference
2. Create a bookable item (set bookable = 1 in items table or via item editor)
3. Create a booking for a patron for that item with start date = today,
end date = 7 days from now
4. Go to circulation and check out the item to the same patron who made
   the booking
5. Check the booking status in the database or via the bookings interface
6. Verify the booking status has changed from 'new' to 'completed'
7. Confirm the checkout was successful and shows normally in patron's
   checkouts list

Bug 40608: Continue password change even if notification fails
When NotifyPasswordChange is enabled and GetPreparedLetter fails to find
a PASSWORD_CHANGE letter template, the set_password method was returning
early with undef, preventing the password from being changed.

This fixes the issue by:
1. Removing the 'or return;' statement after GetPreparedLetter
2. Wrapping the letter processing in an if block to handle missing templates
3. Ensuring password change continues regardless of notification success

The password change should not fail just because the notification cannot
be sent. The notification is a nice-to-have feature, but the core
functionality (changing the password) should always work.

Bug 37926: Allow for translation of "to" in date range selection
When a calendar widget has been initiated as a date range selector (as
it is when creating a new booking), the selected dates are added to the
input field as "0000-00-00 to 0000-00-00". This "to" needs to be
translatable.

To test, apply the patch and test that the correct strings are
translatable. In this example I'm testing fr-FR:

- Update a translation:
 > gulp po:update --lang fr-FR
 > cd misc/translator
 > perl translate update fr-FR

- Open the corresponding .po file for the strings pulled from
  JavaScript e.g. misc/translator/po/fr-FR-messages-js.po
  - Locate strings pulled from intranet-tmpl/prog/js/calendar.js for
    translation, e.g.:

    #: koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/js/calendar.js:144
msgctxt "As in, from date1 to date2"
    msgid "to"
    msgstr ""

    - Edit the "msgstr" string however you want (it's just for testing)
    - Install the updated translation:

    > perl translate install fr-FR

- In the staff interface, locate an bibliographic record with items and
change the "Bookable" option from the item details screen.
- Switch to your updated translation in the staff interface.
- Click the "Place booking" button.
- Fill out all the fields in the "Place booking" modal.
- After you select a date range, the "Booking dates" input field should
  show your translated text.

Bug 40150: Prevent uncaught error on multiple attempts to 'define' on 'CustomElementsRegistry' in islands.ts
If the name is already in use, we just return.

It might make sense to have a console.debug() or similar to notify
developers that this is happening. Open for other opinions.

To test:
1) Apply the first patch which adds an additional hydrate call in main-container.inc
2) Go to acqui/acqui-home.pl
3) Verify that you see this error in the dev tool's console tab:
Uncaught (in promise) NotSupportedError: Failed to execute 'define' on 'CustomElementRegistry': the name "acquisitions-menu" has already been used with this registry
4) Apply the second patch
5) Run `yarn js:build` in ktd (assuming ktd).
6) Reload the page without cached assets (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) and verify that the uncaught error is gone.
7) Sign off.

There's an additional problem here I (and probably you) noticed. But that's unrelated to this bug.

Bug 38455: UNIMARC XSLT diplay field 036 correctly
In Unimarc, the field for music incipit is 036. The test to display the music player is correctly on field 036 but the field displayed was 031 (which is valid for Marc21 but not for Unimac).

To test:
On a Koha Unimarc instance:
1- Set system preference "OPACPlayMusicalInscripts" to "Play" and "OPACShowMusicalInscripts" to "Show"
2- set the system preference OPACXSLTListsDisplay is set on koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/bootstrap/{languagecode}/xslt/UNIMARCslim2OPACDetail.xsl
3- Update a framework of your choice to display subfield 036$2 $g $n $o $p in OPAC, intranet and editor (make sure the collapse checkbox is not checked)
4- Create a record with the previously modified framework, fill all mandatory fields and add a 036 field with at least subfield $2 $g $n $o $p, make sure you have no 031 field
example of a valid 036 field
    036$2 pe
    036$g G-2
    036$n bB
    036$o 3/4
    036$p {8C'8C'}/4D4C'4F/2E
5- Go to the OPAC detail page for the record created (with interface in English)
6- check that the music player does not appear
7- apply the patch
8- Reload the OPAC detail page for the record created (sill with interface in English)
9- check that the music player appears and is working

Bug 39423: Fix column checkboxes in batch item modification hide incorrect columns
In batch item modification, unchecking any column hides the previous column.

This is caused by new HTML in table header :
<span class="dt-column-title"></span><span class="dt-column-order"></span>

This patch fixed by adding ".dt-column-title" to function guess_nb_cols().

Test plan :
1) Go to batch item modification
2) In "Show/hide columns:" click on "Home library" column
=> Check correct column is hidden
3) Go to another batch item modification
=> Check column "Home library" is hidden (from cookie storage)
