To test:
1 - have or create a waiting hold
2 - go to the patron's record, see your waiting hold is listed in the patron messages but does not include barcode
3 - apply patch, reload page
4 - confirm item barcode appears on both Check Out and Details pages, for holds waiting both at your current branch and at another branch

This patch updates the markup of the include which displays patron
information on the checkout and patron detail pages. The changes are
minor and should have no visible effect.
To test, apply the patch and search for a patron in the staff interface.
View the patron information in the sidebar on both the checkout and
patron detail pages. Everything should look correct.

Test plan:
1. APPLY patch, restart_all, updatedatabase
2. Search for the StoreLastBorrower system preference, it should now allow you to enter a number of borrowers to store
3. Set the pref to 3.
4. Check an item out to any patron. Then immediately check it back in.
5. On catalogue/moredetail.pl?biblionumber=X ( where X is you biblionumber ) you should see a "Last returned by:" entry with the correct cardnumber for the borrower.
7. Confirm this is right in the database with: SELECT * FROM items_last_borrower where itemnumber = X; ( Where X is your itemnumber )
8. Repeat step 4 to a different borrower.
9. Repeat steps 5 and 6. You should see 2 cardnumbers of each of the borrowers on catalogue/moredetail.pl?biblionumber=X
10. Repeat step 4 with another new borrower.
11. Repeat steps 5 and 6. You should see 3 cardnumbers of each of the borrowers on catalogue/moredetail.pl?biblionumber=X
12. Choose a different item and repeat steps 4 - 11 for this item.
13. Now set the StoreLastBorrower preference to 0.
14. Using the original item from step 4, check something out to a patron and immediately check it back in.
15. catalogue/moredetail.pl?biblionumber=X should NOT have an entry for "Last returned by:"
16. Check the database, all entries for the itemnumber from step 14 should be deleted.

Updates the XSLT templates for detail pages in the staff interface
and OPAC to label 041$d in MARC21 as "Sung or spoken language",
matching the MARC21 definition.
For music libraries, this also better reflects the information
about the record.
To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Catalog a record with 041$d
3. Navigate to the record details both in the staff interface
and OPAC
4. Observe "Sung or spoken language: <041$d>"

If we already checked and nothing changes, no need to check again.
Set focus to field if we warn.
For consistency copied these changes to validate_isbn.
Test plan:
Try various valid and invalid ISSNs.
Tab through the field repeatedly; you should only have a warning
once, if the ISSN is invalid (yellow colored).
Save a bad ISSN into a record. Open it again and tab through ISSN;
you should be warned.
Repeat similarly for ISBN field.

Test plan:
- without patch login to Koha
- edit a biblio and put a wrong ISSN in 022a (011a for unimarc).
- leave the input field (looses focus), no warning
- apply patch and do "reset_all" to make a full re-install.
- edit the biblio again and put an invalid ISSN in 022a (011a for unimarc).
- when you leave the input field you should have a warning saying
"invalid ISSN".
- the input field should turn yellow
- you can still save the biblio with a wrong issn, it is just a warning.
- if you apply the patch on an existing install, you must manually link
the value builder to your existing frameworks to get it working.

This patch introduces a new class for extending Koha::Object-based
classes so they have reusable ways to deal with JSON encoded fields.
As documented in the POD, classes can now
```perl
use base qw(Koha::Object Koha::Object::JSONFields);
```
and will have the following methods available:
* decode_json_field
* set_encoded_json_field
For convenience, the Koha::Auth::Identity::Provider class is tweaked to
make use of this, and also to prove the behavior is correct (expected
results, exceptions, encoding, etc).

1. Apply this patch

Change FutureHoldsBlockRenewals from type 'Integer' to 'YesNo'
for consistency with other boolean preferences in Koha (e.g.,
AllowHoldDateInFuture, OPACAllowHoldDateInFuture).
While the preference functionally works as Integer due to the
.pref file defining the choices, YesNo is the established
convention for binary system preferences.
Test plan:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run the database update
3. Verify the preference appears correctly in system preferences
4. Verify the preference still functions properly with tests:

The test had a bug where $future_date was being mutated by the
add() method on line 1975, causing line 1982 to use 4 days
instead of 2 days. This meant the test wasn't properly verifying
that FutureHoldsBlockRenewals=0 prevents blocking for holds
within the ConfirmFutureHolds window.

1. Run: prove t/db_dependent/Circulation.t :: "CanBookBeRenewed | future holds"
2. Verify all tests pass

CanBookBeRenewed will by default pass the skip_future_holds flag
to item->current_holds so that renewals are not blocked by future
holds.
The new pref FutureHoldsBlockRenewals allows you to change that
historical behavior.
Test plan:
[1] Set pref ConfirmFutureHolds=3, FutureHoldsBlockRenewals=Allow,
OPACAllowHoldDateInFuture=Allow
[2] Checkout some item to patron A.
[3] Place hold on same item for patron B, reserve date tomorrow.
[4] Try to renew item with patron A on account page. Should be
marked as Not renewable.
[5] Set pref FutureHoldsBlockRenewals=Dont
[6] Repeat step 4. Renew should be allowed.
