When a claim is resolved the librarian should be able to edit the lost
status of the item.
It is also letting a way out when BlockReturnOfLostItems is set (the
lost status is stuck on ClaimReturnedLostValue as we remove the
option to edit itemlost on the item edit form).

The API representation of Koha::Biblio objects includes the
biblioitems.* columns too. This proved problematic as queries had to get
translated so they work (i.e. if a query passes q={"biblio.ean":"123%"}
then the query needs to be tweaked so biblio.ean is translated into
biblio.biblioitem.ean. This is solved, locally, in the controller.
But sorting needs the same kind of tweak, and it was missing. This patch
solves that by doing a similar conversion.
To test:
1. Apply the regression tests patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/acquisitions_orders.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail, searching on a 'biblioitems' column generates a 500
error.
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass! We can sort on those fields
5. Sign off :-D
Note: you will notice the tests only cover sorting by ISBN. I consider
it enough as sorting is a DB problem, and we only want to know if the
generated ORDER BY is valid for the underlying query, and MySQL would
complain if it wasn't the case.

When bug 20212 was pushed, we lost (didn't dig enough to find out how)
the sorting feature for this route.
This is mainly because biblio+biblioitems filtering prevents the route
to use plain $c->objects->search, so it has baked a custom version of
it. In this case, it missed the call to the dbic_merge_sorting helper,
that takes care of reading the query parameters and inject the sorting
attributes to the resultset.

check_cookie_auth is assuming that the user is authenticated if a cookie exists
and that the login/username exists in the DB.
So basically if you hit the login page, fill the login input with a
valid username, click "login"
=> A cookie will be generated, and the sessions table will contain a
line with this session id.
On the second hit, if the username is in the DB, it will be enough to be
considered authenticated.

This patch fixes a double-encoding issue with MiJ output.
Mojolicious' *text* renderer encodes the passed information according to
the request context. [1]
MARC::Record::MiJ->to_mij, conveniently encodes the string before
output [2].
This causes double encoding.
So the solution to this situation, is to use the *data* renderer, which
doesn't perform any encoding [3].

--header 'Accept: application/marc-in-json'
(replace the record id with the one you've chosen)
=> FAIL: Boo, double encoding
5. Bonus point: you can try it on the non-public route, but you need
more configuration boilerplate (basic auth, permissions). If you look
at the fix, you will understand the tests cover it and no need to
complicate yourself.

Bug 26181 introduced a way to override behavior through a new header,
x-koha-override. And bug 27760 introduced a generic approach to handle
x-koha-override.
This patchset makes the POST /api/v1/holds route rely on this new way of
handling x-koha-override instead of doing it manually.
The header is added to the spec as a parameter.
Note: the header should be defined as:
"type": "array",
"collectionFormat": "csv",
"items": {
"type": "string",
"enum": [
"any"
]
}
but the versions of JSON::Validator we use have lots of bugs related to
header type coercion, so it just doesn't work. The changelog for
JSON::Validator is fairly elocuent about it.
The override now takes a list of valid keywords (right now only 'any'
but it would be fairly straight-forward to add a fairly granular set of
options based on each possible AddReserve failure.

This patch introduces a new header handling. The key idea is that on
Koha's base classes there's broad usage of C4::Context->userenv to
determine the current library and make decisions based on that.

(stateless) which is the way current library is retrieved. So we need a

This patch adds routes to handle patron's extended attributes:
GET /patrons/:patron_id/extended_attributes
POST /patrons/:patron_id/extended_attributes
PUT /patrons/:patron_id/extended_attributes <- to overwrite them all
DELETE /patrons/:patron_id/extended_attributes/:extended_attribute_id
Controllers rely on the Koha::Patron methods for retrieving/adding
extended attributes. Exceptions are correctly catch and handled in the
responses. This is all covered by tests as well.
Note: I decidedto override the default sorting on the PUT response,
because the overloaded search sorting it felt a bit wrong on the API.
To test:
1. Apply this patches
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons_extended_attributes.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

The previous patch introduces some behavioural changes to the API, as
well as the data types that need to be passed; all happens in the tests.
This patch adapts the route so it complies with those changes:
- JSON object containing pickup_library_id attribute is now passed back
and forth.
- The controller should take care of checking the pickup location is
valid, using the available tools.
To test:
1. Apply the patches, up to the tests
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> ERROR: Tests fail because the controller doesn't implement the
desired behavior
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

This patch makes the controller for the route, return all valid pickup
locations (i.e. pickup_location => 1) when AllowHoldPolicyOverride is
set to 'Allow', but also adds a calculated attribute: 'needs_override'
so the consumer knows the specific pickup location needs an override
(and thus be able to provide visual feedback on a single run).
To test:
1. Apply the regression tests
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
=> FAILURE: Tests fail, the change is not implemented
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

This patch highlights a problem with the try/catch conditions in the
ad() controlled method. Tests are added, and the controller is fixed to
reflect the right behaviour.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/transfer_limits.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass! 409 is returned as appropriate!

This patch makes the route for fetching a patron use the objects.find
helper instead of a plain Koha::Patrons->find. This gives the controller
embedding superpowers.
To test, we just need to check nothing broke:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

The controller method was written a lot of time before the enhancements
we added to the objects.search helper, and it is now much easier to
handle the 'restricted' param use case.
No need to do it like that anymore.
This patch fetches the 'restricted' param from the query parameters and
cleans it from the validated data, so we can just pass the resultset to
$c->objects->search as in all other controllers.
And we had tests for the expected behavior, so testing this is as easy
as:
1. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/patrons.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
2. Apply this patch
3. Repeat 1
=> SUCCESS: Tests still pass! Of course!

This patch adds the objects.find helper. Much like objects.search, it
returns the to_api method with embedded.
