Galen Charlton 7fd45b9861 bug 5127: sample notice templates for suggestions ... * supply default suggestion status change email templates. * remove the deprecated mail_suggestion_*.tmpl files There are a couple suggestion statuses referred to in the code and suggestion management page that currently do not have notice templates defined: ASK and CHECKED.
