Owen Leonard 7216dd64c7 Bug 23797: (follow-up) Increase the size of opac_news.lang 
This patch adds a database update to increase the size of the
opac_news.lang column in order to accommodate longer values.

To use the skeleton .perl for your update:

% cp installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/skeleton.perl
installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/bug_XXXXX.perl

and put your modifications in where noted.
