Jonathan Druart d79599b7ec Bug 29386: Extend background_jobs.data to LONGTEXT 
TEXT is too small, we must extend it to allow bigger jobs.

To use the skeleton .perl for your update:

% cp installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/skeleton.perl
installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/bug_XXXXX.perl

and put your modifications in where noted.
