Martin Renvoize 07b52cfad7 Bug 28924: (follow-up) Decimal points count as characters ... The restriction to 3 characters in the new patron category fields was too strict.. the default for $Price on_editing is 0.00 (makes sense right).. and that's 4 Characters so we were failing validation.
