Bug 37893: (QA follow-up): Update cypress tests 
Addressing QA lines of feedback has changed the forms. Cypress tests need to be updated accordingly.

cypress run --spec t/cypress/integration/SIP2/Accounts.ts --config video=false,screenshotOnRunFailure=false
