This adds missing column descriptions to the items and biblioitems
tables (used in guided reports for the Circulation, Catalog,
Acquisitions, and Serials modules).
It also updates some existing descriptions for consistency, removes
biblioitems columns that no longer exist, and sorts items and statistics
descriptions in the source file in alphabetical order.
Test plan:
1. Go to Reports > Guided reports > Create guided report.
2. Choose 'Catalog' for the module to report on, and then select
'Next'.
3. Choose 'Tabular' for the type of report and select 'Next'.
4. Note that there are no descriptions for these column names
(proposed column names shown in brackets):
- items.itemnumber (Koha item number (autogenerated))
- items.biblionumber (Biblio number (internal))
- items.bookable (Bookable)
- items.localuse (Total local uses)
- biblioitems.ean (EAN)
- biblioitems.collectiontitle (Series statement)
- biblioitems.collectionissn (Series ISSN)
- biblioitems.collectionvolume (Series volume)
- biblioitems.editionstatement (Edition statement)
- biblioitems.editionresponsibility (Edition responsibility)
- biblioitems.cn_source (Source of classification or shelving scheme)
- biblioitems.cn_class (Classification part)
- biblioitems.cn_item (Item part)
- biblioitems.cn_suffix (Call number suffix)
- biblioitems.cn_sort (Koha normalized classification for sorting)
- biblioitems.totalissues (Koha issues (borrowed), all copies)
5. Apply the patch.
6. Restart all the things (restart_all).
7. Reload the page.
8. Note that there are now descriptions for the columns in step 4.
9. Note that the descriptions for these columns are changed (for
consistency with other tables, or clarification):
- items.itype => Koha item type (previously Koha itemtype)
- items.timestamp => Modification date (previously Timestamp)
- biblioitems.timestamp => Modification date (previously Timestamp)
- biblioitems.illus => Other physical details (previously
Illustrations)
- biblioitems.biblioitemnumber => Biblio item number (internal)
(previously Biblioitem number)
- biblioitems.biblionumber (and also acqorders.biblionumber and
biblio.biblionumber) => Biblio number (internal)
(previously Biblio number)

This follow-up to bug 32312 fixes the descriptions for the statistics
database columns, used in guided reports.
It removes the duplicate statistics section in Koha/Database/Columns.pm
so that descriptions are displayed for all columns, as originally
intended.
It also adds a description for the interface column (a new column added
after the original patch was pushed).
Test plan:
1. Go to Reports > Guided reports > Create guided report.
2. Choose 'Circulation' for the module to report on and select
'Next'.
3. Choose 'Tabular' for the type of report and select 'Next'.
4. Scroll down to the statistics table section and note that some
columns have descriptions and some don't:
Statistics date and time / statistics.datetime
Library / statistics.branch
Value / statistics.value
Type / statistics.type
Item number / statistics.itemnumber
Item type / statistics.itemtype
statistics.other
statistics.location
Borrower number / statistics.borrowernumber
statistics.ccode
statistics.categorycode
statistics.interface
5. Apply the patch.
6. Restart all the things (restart_all).
7. Repeat steps 1 to 4.
8. Scroll down to the statistics table section again and note that all
columns now have descriptions:
Statistics date and time / statistics.datetime
Library / statistics.branch
Value / statistics.value
Transaction type / statistics.type
SIP mode / statistics.other
Item number / statistics.itemnumber
Koha item type / statistics.itemtype
Shelving location / statistics.location
Borrower number / statistics.borrowernumber
Collection / statistics.ccode
Patron category / statistics.categorycode
Interface / statistics.interface

This change adds the "protected" column to patron import.
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch and run "restart_all"
1. prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha/Patrons/Import.t
2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/tools/import_borrowers.pl
3. Note "protected" is listed in the "fields you want to supply"
on the right side of the screen
4. Note "protected" appears in file downloaded by clicking
"Download a Starter CSV file with all the columns"
5. Note that "Protected" appears after clicking "Enter default values"
and after clicking "Preserve existing values"
6. For bonus marks, use the "Starter CSV file" to import a test patron
(remember surname, branchcode, and categorycode are the required fields)

MySQL 8 returns this additional information for a timestamp such
as the timestamp2 in the Commenter test.
Which results in the following alter:
ALTER TABLE koha_myclone.database_commenter_1 MODIFY COLUMN `timestamp2` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP DEFAULT_GENERATED COMMENT 'Column_5'
And that statement fails again on that keyword.
For now, it seems sufficient to ignore this keyword when building the alter statement.

The column names from information_schema are uppercase now in MySQL8.
In the arrayref with sliced hashes, we expected lowercase.

Essentially only adds a warn, some cosmetic changes too.
Test plan:
Copy your kohastructure to xx.sql.
Run sync_db_comments.pl -schema xx.sql. You will see usage.
Run sync_db_comments.pl -schema xyz.sql. You will see a warn and
the usage statement.

Test plan:
Run sync_db_comments.pl with -schema file where file does not exist.
(On dev install) rename kohastructure.sql, try with[out] referring
to it using -schema. You could also use the standard path

This patch adds the new 'Middle name' field to the patron record.
To test:
1) Apply patches
2) Update database, restart all and clear the browser cache
3) Load a patron in the staff module
4) Confirm you can see and edit the new 'Middle name' field
5) Confirm the new middle name data displays on patron details
6) Confirm the new middle name data displays on patron search results
7) Confirm the new middle name data displays everywhere patron names are
displayed.
8) Confirm the new middle name data displays on the OPAC
9) Confirm the 'Middle name' field appears in the OPAC borrower
modification screens
10) Edit sysprefs `BorrowerMandatoryFields`, `BorrowerUnwantedFields`,
`SelfModificationBorrowerUnwantedField`, `PatronSelfModificationMandatoryField`,
`PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerMandatoryField` and
`PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerUnwantedField` to confirm you can make
the new field required or hidden.
11) Verify that DefaultPatronSearchFields contains the new field if you
already had 'firstname' in the field list
12) Enable PatronAutoComplete system preference

This module will contain new strings and make them translatable using
Koha::I18N.
We will need to improve this module to prevent the dozens of __ calls
each time we retrieve the column list. We could either use memcached or
add a method to only retrieve columns for a given table.
