I guess it's fixed by
85e7911e65
But it is not released yet: version 2 is from September 2023 and commit from March 2024.
Test plan:
Install version 2 of GD::Barcode:
`cpanm GD::Barcode@2.0.0`
Run the tests
Without this patch the "no warnings" test fails
With this patch applied the tests pass

The "test session driver" unit test assume SessionStorage is set to MySQL and will fail if it is set to anything else. We should mock the values, and test the other supported values.
Test Plan:
1) Set SessionStorage to File
2) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Session.t
3) Note test failure
4) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Session.t
5) Tests pass!

This patch restores the behavior that existed in SIP before Bug 25813 - Enhance patron expiration in SIP display:
Always consider an expired patron as expired, even if NotifyBorrowerDeparture is set to 0 (disabled) or unset.
Test plan:
- Set NotifyBorrowerDeparture to 0
- Set a patron's expiry date to be in the past
- Use misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl to display patron information:
perl misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -a localhost -p 6001 -su term1 -sp term1 -l CPL -t CR --patron <cardnumber> -m patron_information
- Check that you have the following message (AF field):
"Greetings from Koha. Your account has expired as of <expired date>"

Bug 35655 needed to mock the config, but instead introduced new env variables.
Test plan:
prove t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t
should still return green
Bonus 1: no more warning
t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t .. 1/6 Cannot connect to broker Failed to connect: Error connecting to not_localhost:99999: Invalid argument at /usr/share/perl5/Net/Stomp.pm line 27.; giving up at /usr/share/perl5/Net/Stomp.pm line 27.
Bonus 2: tests are passing even if you have 'message_broker' in the
config
To test this, add the following entry to $KOHA_CONf then prove again
<message_broker>
<hostname>localhost</hostname>
<port>61613</port>
<username>guest</username>
<password>guest</password>
<vhost></vhost>
</message_broker>
=> Without this patch the tests fail because the config will overwrite
the env vars.

We have a case here where we have checkout_id pointing at issues and
old_issues tables. We need to trick TestBuilder to NOT automagically
build our related checkout.. This patch passes 'undef' to the foreign
key field and then sets it after the fact to the related Old::Checkouts
objects we've already built above.

We alter how the options are added to the patrons_search datatables
search bar, but we didn't update the selenium test to match.

Not sure what exactly is going on here, but warnings_are is not supposed
to show the warnings in the output. I think it's because of the logger
mock. A workaround is to use a variable we increment then compare to see
if we reach the sub.
Test plan:
% prove t/db_dependent/Auth_with_shibboleth.t
should return green without warnings

still passes and does not generate warnings

When a hold's pickup location is changed we should rebuild the holds queue.
To test:
1 - Enable RealTimeHoldsQueue
2 - Enable LocalHoldsPriority where pickup library matches home library
3 - Place two biblio level holds on a bib with one item for two different patrons for delivery to a different library then the home library
4 - Check the queue - firstpatron should have priority
5 - Change the pickup location for the second hold to be picked up at the home library
6 - Check the queue, unchanged
7 - Change the pickup location back
8 - Apply patch, restart all
9 - Change the pickup location to the items home library again
10 - Check the queue
11 - Second patron has now been given priority

Test Plan
1. Staff member A creates a public list.
2. Staff member A transfers this public list to another staff member (staff member b) without list permissions.
3. Staff Member B now has the ability to edit this public list and add/remove items from this list.
4. Apply the patch
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2. An error message should now appear stating that the “Transfer not allowed: You or the selected user do not have the required permissions.”
6. Provide the correct permissions to Staff Member B. Initiate the transfer again. The transfer should be successful.
7. Test these steps in the OPAC as well.
8. Prove t/db_dependent/Virtualshelves.t
9. Sign off and have a wonderful day! :D
