This patch simply ensures we return the job id even if we couldn't send
the job to rabbit.
To test:
1 - In KTD: sudo service rabbitmq-server stop
2 - sudo koha-worker --stop kohadev; sudo koha-worker --queue long_tasks --stop kohadev
3 - In staff client enqueue a batch item modification - note the link to view the enqueued job has no id in the url and takes you to the main background jobs viewer
4 - Run t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t and notice that it fails.
5 - Apply patch
6 - Restart all
7 - Enqueue a new batch item modification
8 - Confirm the link works and has the correct id
9 - Run t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t; it should pass now.

We were validating twice the input and it broke the x-koha-embed header.
I don't really know what's happening, but here is how to recreate the
problem:
1. Edit Koha/REST/V1/ERM/EHoldings/Packages/EBSCO.pm
2. Add the following lines in Koha/REST/V1/ERM/EHoldings/Packages/EBSCO.pm, in the list method
warn $c->req->headers->header('x-koha-embed');
3. curl -v -s -u koha:koha --request GET http://kohadev-intra.mydnsname.org:8081/api/v1/erm/eholdings/ebsco/packages --header "x-koha-embed: resources+count,vendor"
=> There is no vendor in the response
=> The warn displays "resources+count"
If you apply this patch you will notice that "vendor" is part of the
response and the warn displays "resources+count, vendor"

New column has now been changed to an enum in line with comments and the strings have been amended to be picked up for translation. The file koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/includes/str/checkout_renewals.inc has been removed as the variables can be included within the javascript file.

4) Create some checkouts
5) Renew some checkouts manually and observe in the database that there is now a column called "renewal_type" that will have recorded these as "Manual"
6) Create some checkouts that can be automatically renewed
7) Run the cron script in automatic_renewals.pl and observe that there are now also entries with a renewal_type of "Automatic"
8) Send a GET request to http://localhost:8081/api/v1/checkouts/1/renewals and observe that the renewal_type is now returned in the response

A requirement has been requested to record whether a renewal was done manually or automatically. A column has been added to the checkout_renewals table in the database to record this and a check is now in place to determine whether the renewal was manual or automatic. This patch adds an endpoint for /auth/password/validation
This allows a third-party, using an authenticated and authorized Koha
API user, to check if the username and password given by a user is
correct in Koha.
For example, a Keycloak extension can be created using its
User Storage SPI to use Koha as the user database for Keycloak. This
API allows us to authenticate the user as a particular Koha user - without
creating a Koha user session for them.
Test plan:
0. Apply patch and koha-plack --restart kohadev
1. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?op=search&searchfield=RESTBasicAuth
2. Enable "RESTBasicAuth"

are previous charges. If we don't find any, we shouldn't charge a new fine

2 - have an itemtype / patron combo that charges an overdue fine

4 - confirm patron doesn't have a fine because the item was not late
5 - set the item to Lost

The 'Clear on loan' link displayed at the top of the batch item
modification tool has been broken by bug 28445.
data-is-onloan attribute is supposed to be 1 or 0, but we passed the
checkout (Koha::Checkout=HASH)
Test plan:
1. Enter a checked-out barcode in the 'Batch item modification' page
2. Click 'Continue'
3. Notice a table is loaded displaying the on-loan item with a ticked checkbox 4. Click the 'Clear on loan' link above the table
5. Notice the on-loan item is no longer selected

Thispatch adds the new method and alters addorderiso2907.pl to use this
rather than GetRecordImportMatches
To test:
1 - Import the attached record several times
2 - Set up a matching rule:
TitleAuthor threshold: 100
Matchpoint:
search index: title, score: 100, tag: 245$a
search index: author, score: 100, tag:100$a
3 - Edit one of the imported records to have a different author
4 - Stage the file again. and match using the matchpoint above
5 - Note that matches are found and listed on batch management, with the lowest scored match last
6 - Choose that match
7 - In acquisitions, add to a basket from the staged file
8 - Check the box for the record
9 - Note the match lists the biblionumber for the highest scoring match, not the chosen one
10 - Add an order and note it is for the wrong biblio
11 - Appy patch
12 - Restart_all
13 - Stage the file again and choose a lower scoring match
14 - Confirm when adding to basket this match is preserved
15 - Complete order and verify correct biblio ordered
16 - Stage again, select no match
17 - Confirm no match listed when adding to basket, and choose 'Do not look for matching records' while adding
18 - Confirm order is created on a new biblio

This patch makes the `Koha::Item->safe_to_delete` method return right
after one of the checked conditions is met. This way we avoid further DB
queries and processing.
No behavior change is expected
To test:
1. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Item.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
2. Apply this patch
3. Repeat 1
=> SUCCESS: Tests STILL pass!

Currently, the Koha::Item->safe_to_delete method checks (among other things) if there are existing waiting or in-transit holds.
It seems that 'In processing' should block item deletion as well.
This patch implements that.
To test:
1. Apply up to the regression tests
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Item.t
=> FAIL: Boo! Tests fail!
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

We are sending "queue" as parameter, but "job_queue" is retrieved in
Koha::BackgroundJob->enqueue...

Read code and confirm the above.
