One of the follow-ups added a belongs_to from Biblioitem to Item just
as biblioitemnumber was a foreign key to Item. The relation goes the
other way.
As a temporary measure, I added set_primary_key in the local section of
Virtualshelfcontent. Should be moved later with a real db rev.

Ran misc/devel/update_dbix_class_files.pl as shown on
wiki/Database_updates#updatedatabase.pl
However, only git added Borrower and Opacnews, since
those were the two affected by this patch.

In some situations (bad migrations, old bugs that introduced bad data,
people having bib-level itypes for ages and switching to item level...)
the user ends with undex itype values for items.
The current code, if the user has item_level-itype set, just returns
undef. It should fallback to bib-level. In order to avoid hiding the problem
a warning is raised.
To test:
- Run the regression tets:
$ prove t/db_dependent/Items.t
=> FAIL: tests fail.
- Apply the patch
- Run the tests again
=> SUCCESS: The tests now pass.
- Sign off :-D

There is no need to define biblioitem routines, if we can access them
via biblioitemnumber.
Note that we actually need a FK for biblio in the items table. Now we do
need the intermediate level via biblioitems in the Items.t code. Even better,
we should move biblioitem to biblio. Formally it is 1-n, but in reality it
is 1-1.

This patch removes the 3 constraints added by patch from bug 11518.
Having 1-n + 1-1 relations for the same field is a non-sense.
