Bug 37628: (follow-up) Remove get_opac_news_by_id
Keep the same behaviour, but wondering why we don't return 'content'
when there is no match.

ie.
+    is( $additional_contents, undef );
should certainly be
+    is( $additional_contents->{content}->count, 0 );

Bug 28924: Add a template method and update template usages
This patch adds a method to be used in the template where currently the Koha.Preference('noissuescharge') method is used. This currently does not take into account the new patron category level limits and so needs to be updated to its own method to handle these.

    Visit:
    http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/ilsdi.pl?service=GetAvailability&id=248&id_type=biblio
    And note the unauthorized IP listed
3 - Log out, confirm all branches are listed
4 - Log in, enable StaffLoginRestrictLibraryByIP
5 - Log out, confirm branches with IPs are removed
6 - Confirm branch matching your IP is listed
7 - Choose any of the branches and login

Test plan:
1. Go to the biblio detail view, click on the different entries in the menu

Bug 35782: Replace TT plugin's method Biblio::HoldsCount
We can use biblio.holds.count instead.

The main idea here is to make sure we are passing a Koha::Biblio object
as 'biblio' to all the templates including biblio-view-menu.inc

Test plan:
1. Go to the biblio detail view, click on the different entries in the menu
on the left. Confirm that the "Holds" tab always has the correct number
of Holds display in the parenthesis.

2. Run a search and confirm that the number of holds are still displayed
for each result.

QA:
git grep biblio-view-menu.inc
notice the tt list, open the corresponding perl controllers and confirm
that 'biblio' is passed and that it is a Koha::Biblio object.
The only missing place I found was in viewlog.
Note that we are not removing the TT method yet, we are marking it as
deprecated and also display a warning during the update DB process in
case one of the notice templates is using it.

Bug 34913: DataTables upgrade: Update CSS and option names
This patch makes two categories of changes:

1. CSS changes to accommodate changes in DataTables default CSS and
   markup structure. I've tried to make sure all of our Koha-specific
   styles are still applying.

   This change necessitates a rebuild of staff interface CSS.

2. DataTables option names: In this version of DataTables you can't
   override a default which uses CamelCase (e.g. "pagingType") with one
   in "Hungarian" notation, e.g. "sPaginationType." Since we define many
   default options in prog/js/datatables.js in camel case, any template
   which previously used a Hungarian notation option to override the
   default has now been updated to use the CamelCase version.

   See https://datatables.net/upgrade/1.10-convert#Options for a summary
   of the different option name changes.

Bug 32721: Add branch specific userjs and usercss
This patch allows for branch specific userJS and userCSS to be added through the libraries table. This works in conjunction with the global UserJS and UserCSS functionality and allows for multiple OPACs with different css and js options.

Test plan:
1) Add to apache conf (/etc/apache2/sites-available/kohadev.conf)
    SetEnv OPAC_BRANCH_DEFAULT "FFL"
    RequestHeader add X-Koha-SetEnv "OPAC_BRANCH_DEFAULT FFL"
2) In the container, run restart_all
3) Navigate to the OPACUserJS and OPACUserCSS system preferences and add the following: OPACUserJS - console.log('Hello from global sysprefs');, OPACUserCSS - 'body { background-color: black; }'
4) Refresh the OPAC and the background should be black and the message should be logged to the console in developer tools
5) Navigate to Administration > Libraries
6) On the Fairfield branch (if this does not exist you will need to create a branch with a code matching the code that you added to the apache conf file), click edit
7) At the bottom there should be two fields to add userjs and usercss, complete with Codemirror syntax checking
8) In userjs add console.log('Hello from branch level'); and in usercss add 'body { background-color: blue; } then save
9) Return to the OPAC and refresh
10) If you are logged out of the OPAC it should now be logging both the message from global and from the branch level and the background should be blue (if not you will need to log out)
11) Log back into the OPAC using a user that DOES NOT have a default branch matching the branch you added to the Apache conf
12) The OPAC should now revert to only showing the global message in the console with a black background

Bug 27378: Stop the codemirror editor and delete confirmation from duplicating

Previously, if the "Add new code button" was clicked in the CookieConsentedJS editor, the original entry would have duplicated CodeMirror editors.
This was exponential, i.e adding two new lines would result in three codemirror editors appearing on the first entry, two on the second and so on.
The click event was not being applied properly and was being applied to every element with the .expand-textarea class, rather than specifically the new elements being created. The addExpandHandler function now loops through each element individually and decides whether to apply the click event handler.

Similarly, the delete confirmation was dupliacting for the same reason. This has also been resolved.

Bug 30524: (QA follow-up) Only generate CSRF token if it will be used
This patch avoids generating CSRF tokens unless the csrf-token.inc file
is included in the template.

Passed token doesn't need HTML escaped. The docs for WWW::CSRF state:
  The returned CSRF token is in a text-only form suitable for inserting into a HTML form without further escaping (assuming you did not send in strange things to the Time option).

Bug 33029: Add wrapper method for dt_from_string to KohaDates template toolkit plugin
It would be very useful to have direct access to dt_from_string in our templates. This would allow for us to handle custom date and time formatting. It would, for example, allow us to output the month name for a given date via Template Toolkit easily.

Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) In a notice add '[% Use KohaDates %][% KohaDates.datetime_from_string().ymd %]' to the top of a notice
3) Generate that notice for a patron
4) Note today's date in iso format is rendered at the top of the notice

Bug 33242: Allow passing add_{duration} options to KohaDates
For example, if I want to add a few days to the issuedate in a
TT template, I could do this:
    [% checkout.issuedate | $KohaDates add_days => 3 %]

This development allows you to pass add/subtract years, months, weeks,
days, hours, minutes and seconds.

Test plan:
Pick a notice like CHECKOUT.
Add a line like:
    [% checkout.date_due | $KohaDates with_hours => 1, add_minutes => 15 %]
Do a checkout. Verify that the notice generated contains a time that
shifted 15 minutes.
Undo your change.

Bug 31421: Do not apply library limits to Categories plugin
This patch simply changes from using 'search_with_library_limits'
to 'search'

The limits I think are intended to prevent users from setting a patron to the wrong category,
they are not meant to hide patrons. Or rather, they don't do that, patrons are returned in search
but cannot be processed. The dropdowns as well won't contain the category, so you can see these
patrons, but not filter by the category

Bug 31422 and bug 31032 point out further issues with limits.

For now, let's fix searching

To test:
1 - Edit Patron category 'Patron/PT'
2 - Try to do a patron search that returns patrons in this category
3 - See 'Processing' and error in JS console: Uncaught TypeError: categories_map[data] is undefined
4 - Apply patch
5 - Restart all and repeate
6 - It works now!
