Corrected some subfield visibility settings, mostly for hiding local holdings

subfields in the 09o or 999 placeholer for 090 Locally Assigned LC-Type Call
Call Number found in copy catalogued records. The locally assinged original
090 call number remains visible in tab 0 for informational purposes as often
the only place to find what an LC Call number for the material might be.

With overduenoticesSelect.pl you can
-Use an alternate text file as a letter ( you have an example in textelettre.txt) (-file option)
-Select a branch for overduenotices to be sent (-branch option)
- Select a category for overdunotices NOT to be sent to (-borcatout option)
OR select a borrower category for overduenotices to be specifically sent to. (-borcat option)
- Send a report of all the books curently issued to a member (-all)
- (use -c for confirm)
It uses the librarian branch email for sending emails.
Sample
overduenotices.pl -c -all -branch CDI -file textelettre.txt
