This change uses the Koha::Cache::Memory::Lite cache to
cache the CSRF token, so that it is only generated once,
and is re-used by the Koha::Template::Plugin::Koha object
throughout the entire template processing for the HTTP request.

This patch avoids generating CSRF tokens unless the csrf-token.inc file
is included in the template.
Passed token doesn't need HTML escaped. The docs for WWW::CSRF state:
The returned CSRF token is in a text-only form suitable for inserting into a HTML form without further escaping (assuming you did not send in strange things to the Time option).

System preference 'CSVdelimiter' has a special case for tabulation.
Preference value contains string 'tabulation' but string '\t' must be used in CSV file.
This is OK in many places, for exemple Bug 17590.
This patch adds C4::Context->csv_delimiter to add a uniq metod dealing
with this behavior.
Also create Koha::Template::Plugin::Koha->CSVDelimiter for calls from
Toolkit Templates.
Test plan :
1) Set system preference 'CSVdelimiter' = 'tabs'.
2) Create CSV export in impacted pages
3) Check columns are separated by tabulation character and not string 'tabulation'
4) Check with another delimiter

Recently the DB schema website has been updated.
The link to the columns' tables is now
http://schema.koha-community.org/master/tables/table.htmlhttp://schema.koha-community.org/16_11/tables/table.htmlhttp://schema.koha-community.org/16_05/tables/table.html
instead of
http://schema.koha-community.org/tables/table.html
To have a specific schema per Koha version.
To avoid fixing this link every release this patch adds a __VERSION__
marker to replace with the $version if stable ($version % 2) or 'master'
Test plan:
On master, 16.11.x and 16.05.x
Search for PatronSelfRegistrationBorrowerUnwantedField,
BorrowerMandatoryField and UniqueItemFields
Click on the link
You should get the correct page
This patch WILL NOT WORK on 3.22.x

This patch set replaces and extends Koha's current sound options.
This is implemented be removing the existing sound system, and
re-engineering using a table of selector/sound combinations such that
the highest precedence selector that is found in the DOM will trigger
and audio alert. The existing audio behaviors are implemented as a set
of default audio alerts.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch set
2) Run updatedatabase.pl
3) Enable the AudioAlerts system preference
4) Test existing sounds
5) Enter the new alerts editor in the admin section
6) Add a new audo alert with the following selector:
"body:contains('Check in message')",
choose any sound alert you wish, make sure it's not one of the 3
sounds already used! Make this selector precedence 1
4) Browse to the checkins page, you should hear the default sound
5) Attempt to return an invalid barcode, you should hear your custom sound!

The pref are double encoded.
From bug 12411:
"This will fix the encoding issues existing in 3.14 and 3.16.
The issue still appear in master but is fixed by bug 11944."
They should not have been pushed together.
Test plan:
1) You need an accentuated language installed.
2) Go to NoLoginInstructions pref, and add some accentuated message like
"Hélo médames é mècieüx"
3) refresh opac home page, message should be gibberish
4) apply patch. Message should be ok now.

Works as described. Fixes the issue.
This plugin is meant to be a place to put general purpose TT functions
directly related to Koha. If a plugin is not a filter, and does not
have more than one subroutine, that subroutine most likely belongs
in this TT plugin.
This first and only function the plugin currently has is Preference,
which allows a template to get the value of a system preference without,
it needing to be passed in from a perl script.
For example, to use, first include the line '[% USE Koha %]' at the top
of the template to enable the plugin, then do something like this
to check the value of a system prefence in the template:
[% IF Koha.Preference( 'MyPreference ) == 'SettingA' %] ...
