SendPasswordRecoveryEmail relies on the calling script to tell if there is an
existing valid recovery already. If there's an expired recovery-entry the
members/notices.pl script will try to create a new entry resulting in a duplicate
key error.
This patch fixes the bug by removing the need for the calling script to do the check as
since SendPasswordRecoveryEmail does the same thing anyway.
SendPasswordRecoveryEmail will now use DBIx ->update_or_create instead of looking at
the $update param to determine if it should update an existing entry or create a new.
The update param is removed from all calling scripts and test are updated.
To test:
1. Generate a password recovery mail for a patron
2. Let it expire.
3. Generate a new password recovery from staff to the same patron - Fail!
4: Apply patch
5. Generate a new password recovery from staff to the same patron - Success!
6. Opac password recovery flow should also work.
7. Tests pass.

Update ternary for token timeout to use perl constants

This patch adds the ability for staff with the edit_borrowers permission
to send password reset emails to users.
The staff initiated password reset has it's own notice,
STAFF_PASSWORD_RESET, and the reset link produced has an extended
timeout of 5 days, as apposed to the usual 2 day limit.
Test plan
1) Apply patch and run the database update
2) Login to the staff client with a user who has the 'edit_borrowers'
permission.
3) Note that a new, 'Send password reset' option appears under the
'More' menu on the patron details page.
4) Clicking the button will queue the STAFF_PASSWORD_RESET notice and
redirect the user to the Notices tab.

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests
And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.
"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;
The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules
Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).
EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.
@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.
@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.
@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""
If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
- use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

Adding only a few (trivial) cases now. Changes in C4::Letters
are not trivial after all..
We now add the KohaAdminEmail fallback implicitly when the from
address was still empty. The extra check makes us not rely on
a do or die action in Email::Stuffer.
Test plan:
Run password recovery or membership expiry cron.
Check sender address.

Same as the previous patch but for the password recovery feature.
Test plan:
1. Do not apply the patches
2. Set KohaAdminEmailAddress to an invalid email (root@localhost for
instance)
3. Use the password recovery feature
5. Boom (that must be fixed on a separate bug report)
6. Set KohaAdminEmailAddress to a valid email (root@example.org)
7. Use again the password recovery for a different user
8. Still Boom! (because it's processing the first invalid email)
9. Apply the patches, restart_all
10. Try again the password recovery
=> The email is sent!
Notice the change in DB, the first email is still there with status
"pending" and second email is sent!

We should use Koha::DateUtils instead of Date::Time directly
This patch simplay replaces calls to now() with a call to dt_from_string()
which does effectively the same thing.
Probably reading the code and verifying changes is sufficient but...
To test:
1 - confirm the files all compile
2 - confirm all tests pass
3 - confirm Koha still works

To test:
1. Enable the password recovery feature.
2. In the OPAC, click on "Forgot you password?" link and enter requested information.
3. The email with the password reset link has the Koha Admin Email Address listed as the sender.
4. Apply the patch.
5. Repeat step 2. The email with the password reset link now has the the "from" address set for the patron's home branch listed as the sender.

When a user gets an email, but doesn't act or visit it within two days,
attempting to create a new one causes a collision. We should just
delete the old one, assuming they still want to reset their
password.
To test:
create yourself a borrower with a userid and password.
Attempt a password recovery on the OPAC
update the entry in the database for that user to have an expired token
e.g. update borrower_password_recovery set valid_until = '2017-01-25
03:25:26' where borrowernumber = 12;
Attempt another password recovery operation - should error
apply the patch
Try it again - no error, new token is generated and additional email
with new link is sent.
Issue reproduced - is resolved by patch

To test:
- Set OpacResetPassword = allowed
- Make sure you have a user with a username and email
- Go to the OPAC and make sure you are not logged in
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" link
- Fill in "Login" and "Email" and click on "Submit"
- You will get an error that says:
Undefined subroutine &C4::Letters::GetPreparedLetter called at
/home/vagrant/kohaclone/Koha/Patron/Password/Recovery.pm line 142.
- Apply the patch
- The steps above will have added your user to the borrower_password_recovery
table in the database. Delete it from there to make sure you start a
fresh reset request.
- Repeat the steps above and notice that the error is gone. You should
get a nice message instead that says "An email has been sent to [your
email]".

As promised, here is the long-awaited sequel to #8753.
What has changed :
- The Koha::Patron::Password::Reset is now used in place of C4::Passwordrecovery
- That ugly shift-grep contraption is no more (goodbye old friend)
- The generated unique key won't end in a dot anymore
