We don't want rebuild_elasticsearch.pl to crash if a record is wrong
(also fix ktd setup).
Note that now the script will output an error for the problematic
record, which is certainly the expected behaviour as we are doing it
already for authority records.

In Koha::BiblioUtils, get_all_biblios_iterator method is a class level method like get_from_biblionumber.
So its first arg should be named $class instead of $self.
Even if this var in not used.
Test plan :
1) Run Elasticsearch full rebuild with and without patch
2) Check all biblio records are in index

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl

And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.

While the ES index is incremental and provides results as it commits, we currently index from the oldest records to the newest.
This patch provides the option to go the other direction
To test:
1 - Have ES setup and running for Koha
2 - perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -v -v -b
3 - Note the biblios index from number 1 the end
4 - perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -v -v -a
5 - Notice the same
6 - Apply patch

8 - Still in ascending order
