I am not sure this code is called so I don't know how to test it.

The tests in t/db_dependent/Koha_Authority.t expects at least 1
authority record in the DB to run them, otherwise they are skipped.
On our integration server, the DB does not contain any records, and the
tests are skipped.
Unfortunately these tests were testing the authid method of
Koha::MetadataRecord::Authority.
Test plan:
Apply the first patch, launch tests
=> Fail
Apply the second patch, launch tests
=> \o/

Full test plan is posted on bug. Test plan for system preference:
1. Apply patch, clear cookies.
2. Go to "Cataloging."
3. Add new record, verify that basic editor is used.
4. Navigate to existing record, click on "Edit record", verify that
basic editor is used.
5. Inside basic editor, verify that no button appears to switch to the
advanced editor.
6. Enable the "EnableAdvancedCatalogingEditor" syspref.
7. Repeat above steps, should still go to basic editor, but button
should appear to switch to the advanced editor; click it.
8. Now, adding new records and editing existing records should go to
the advanced editor.

This patch makes the 'schema' param mandatory. It is passed in every
call on the current codebase, so it makes no harm now, but makes
the code less error-prone.
Tests for this situation are added to t/Koha_MetadataRecord.t (schema
param is omitted and new() returns undef and a carped warning).

The description of this changes is on the regression tests commit
message.
To test:
- Apply the test patch
- Run
$ prove t/Koha_MetadataRecord.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail because changes are not implemented
- Apply this patch
- Run
$ prove t/Koha_MetadataRecord.t
=> SUCCESS: tests pass
- Run
$ prove t/Koha_Util_MARC.t
=> SUCCESS: it still passes
- Sign off :-D
NOTE: Tested as above. Read code. Seems to cover all cases.

This follow-up moves all the MARC-specific functionality of Koha::Record
(now renamed to Koha::MetadataRecord) to a Koha::Util::MARC utility class.
To test, run relevant unit tests:
> prove t/Koha_MetadataRecord.t t/Koha_Util_MARC.t t/db_dependent/Koha_Authority.t
and optionally try to merge a record.
