This patch introduces tests for a behaviour change in
Koha::REST::Plugin::Pagination.
To test:
- Run:
$ sudo koha-shell kohadev
k$ cd kohaclone
k$ prove t/Koha/REST/Plugin/Pagination.t
=> FAIL: Tests should fail without the followup patch applied
