To my understanding we need to escape first html chars then to JSON.
If this patch works we will need to rethink the 'To' TT plugin.
It was originally designed to have several escape methods, but with
these changes it will not make sense to name it 'To' if used only to
escape JSON
IIRC we should keep the 2 different ways to use it:
* [% To.json( string ) %]
* [% string | $To %]
otherwise it will be hard to use it when called in argument of
patron-title.inc (`git grep To.json`)

In Koha/MetadataRecord/Authority.pm the call to confess is missing string quotes.
It may generates this error :
Can't locate object method "confess" via package "Empty String at /usr/share/perl5/MARC/File/XML.pm line 448.
" (perhaps you forgot to load "Empty String at /usr/share/perl5/MARC/File/XML.pm line 448.
"?) at /home/koha/src/Koha/MetadataRecord/Authority.pm line 186.
Simply missing double quotes.
Also missing use Carp to call confess.

There was a typo in the addition of a call to
effective_create_items causing processing to abort after adding
a single copy.
This patch reverts to using the C4::Context call as used for the
first copy created, the intended call to effective_create_items
is a wrapper around that as the field in the basket is guaranteed
to be null (its not set when we call AddBasket). Being consistent
and explicit in what we call should guard against future changes
in dependencies exposing the logic flaw
Added some comments to make logical flow of code clearer

behaviours are changed as well:
- As we voted to introduce a /public namespace for unprivileged access to
endpoints, this endpoint gets the ability for owners and guarantors to
manipulate holds through the API.
- GET /holds now uses the objects->search helper, so it now has
pagination.

There is nearly the same code in misc/cronjobs/gather_print_notices.pl and reports/guided_reports.pl.
This patch creates a new module with subroutine called by both scripts.
If file path or content is undefined, subroutine will just return undef.
If content is an empty arrayref, empty ods file is still generated.
Unicode encoding is kept outisde because it may not be necessary.
Note that for print notices the first line of message is always the column names so it is extracted only from first message.

If an existing plugin begins using the upgrade() method, it will never actually get triggered because the installation has already occurred and no database plugin version was stored at the time. Without that database version, the upgrade method will never be triggered.
In addition, if the plugin has no upgrade method, the installed version is never updated in the database!
Lastly, when an upgrade succeeds it prints a warning that the upgrade failed.
Test Plan:
1) Install an older version of the Kitchen sink plugin:
* https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/releases/download/v2.1.0/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink-v2.1.0.kpz
2) Delete the "__INSTALLED_VERSION__" key, and the "last_upgraded" key from plugin_data for this plugin, to simulate having installed from an earlier version of Koha
3) Upgrade to the latest version of the Kitchen sink plugin:
* https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/releases/download/v2.1.22/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink-v2.1.22.kpz
4) Note "__INSTALLED_VERSION__" still doesn't exist for the plugin, in the plugin_data table
5) Apply this patch
6) Restart all the things
7) Browse to the Kitchen sink configuration page, this should trigger the upgrade method
8) Note the "__INSTALLED_VERSION__" and "last_upgraded" keys exist in plugin_data for the Kitchen Sink plugin

With strict SQL modes, we are facing several issues when objects are stored.
The following errors can be raised by DBIx::Class when an object does not have
a valid (as defined at DB level) value:
- Incorrect integer value: '' for column COLUMN
- Incorrect decimal value: '' for column COLUMN
- Column 'COLUMN' cannot be null
- Field 'COLUMN' doesn't have a default value
- Incorrect date value: '' for column 'COLUMN'
We already handled some of them for Koha::Patron. As we do not want to provide such
changes for all Koha::* modules we are going to fix this at Koha::Object->store level
in order to provide a global fix.
This is related to bug 21599 (for item types) and bug 21596 (for patrons)
Test plan:
- Apply first patch, run the tests
=> Patch fail because of the previous error in Koha::ItemType->store, to make them pass
you can replace
$self->notforloan(0) unless $self->notforloan;
with
$self->notforloan(undef) unless $self->notforloan;
- Apply second patch, run the tests
=> They fail because of dates and/or integers values
- Apply third patch, run the tests
=> They now pass

This patch makes Koha::Patron->set_password expect a hashref as param
and adds support for an 'skip_validation' param to be passed. Its purpose is to

is set in the configuration.

This patch adds a new method, Koha::Libraries->pickup_locations. This method

In order to add features to this method, the current code would force us
to do it for each authentication method.
There's duplicated code that could be simplified. This patch makes the

authenticate_api_request method.

If Plack is running with several workers we must not use Cache::Memory
as L2 cache.
If a value is set from a worker, it will not be available from other
workers as the Cache::Memory instance is not shared (of course!)
Moreover we now have Koha::Cache::Memory::Lite that does the same job,
so we should not expect performance regressions by removing it.

A short dicussion lead to the decision to make it explictly clear that
this method will implicitly apply credits against debits in a 'First In
First Out' manor, meaning oldest outstanding debits will be paid off
first.

This patch adds the normalize_balance() method to Koha::Account. Its
purpose is to apply outstanding credits (i.e. manual ones ore remaining
amounts like in the case of refunds) to outstanding debts.
To test:
- Apply this patchset
- Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Account.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!

Moved db_dependent tests to the proper directory in the hierarchy, fixed tests to check correct results now that the authority query builder works better and added several new tests to cover changed functionality.

Also optimize it so it's actually usable.
Test plan:
1. To test it properly you need biblio and authority data. You might get away with enabling AutoCreateAuthorities and BiblioAddsAuthorities so that authorities are created in the process. Another option would be to import authorities first e.g. from LoC.
2. Make sure the authority index has been properly created with "misc/search_tools/rebuild_elastic_search.pl -a -d"
3. Run "misc/link_bibs_to_authorities.pl -v -l" twice and observe the results.

In recent versions of Perl, '.' is not included by default in @INC. This
breaks PDF export of basketgroups.
This patch moves acqui/pdfformat/*.pm files in Koha namespace so that
they can be 'require'd without manipulating @INC
Test plan:
1. Turn off Plack/Starman and test PDF export for every value of
OrderPdfFormat system preference
2. Turn on Plack/Starman and test PDF export for every value of
OrderPdfFormat system preference
3. Test on a dev install and a standard/package install

We now populate the id_prefix property in the API response. It turns out
that explicitly casting to a string wasn't necessary as JS does "the
right thing" when concatenating a string and an integer
Test plan:
- Before applying the patch view the ILL requests table
- TEST: Observe that the Request number column displays as NaN
- Apply the patch
- Refresh the page
- TEST: Observe that the request number now displays correctly
- Add the following block to your koha-conf.xml:
<branch>
<code>**The code of a branch that has an ILL request attached to
it**</code>
<prefix>YAY</prefix>
</branch>
- Refresh the page
- TEST: Observe the request made on the branch that you specified in the
config are now prefixed with "YAY-"

Test plan:
1. Add a record with alternate script fields in 880 (sample attached in the bug).
2. Make sure the the record can be found e.g. with the alternate script title.
3. Add a record with multiple authors.
4. Check that in the index there is only a single author__sort field.

Test plan:
1. Add a record with an ISBN-10 or ISBN-13 that can be converted to ISBN-10 (e.g. 1-56619-909-3).
2. Verify that the record can be found by searching for "1-56619-909-3", "1566199093", "978-1-56619-909-4" and "9781566199094".
