It looks like selected would be passed all the way down to
Koha::Libraries->search and this would fail all the time.

Consider transfer limits in Koha::Template::Plugin::Branches->pickup_locations.
This patch modified the mentioned method to consider branch transfer limits and
does not include any library in the returned list of libraries in case a branch
transfer limit applies for a given book or item.
To be tested in following patches.

This lets us query libraries with additional search parameters and is useful
for this particular Bug by allowing us to select pickup locations.

From where patrons it's about patrons, we do not want to display the libraries
from all the system, but only the ones from the group.
Test plan:
- See the overdues (circ/overdue.pl) and make sure you can only see overdues from
patrons part of your group (do not forget to test the CSV export).
- Search for patrons, the 'library' filters (headers and left side) should only
display libraries from your group
- Search for article request by patron's library: only the libraries from your
group should be displayed

We should do the same for the other check (FA exists), but cannot find a
good and quick way to implement.
Doing it this way will avoid regression later, we will no have to check
if the variable is correctly passed to the template.

Hard to miss that one:
Template process failed: plugin error - Bareword "C4::Branch::onlymine" not allowed while "strict subs" in use at Koha/Template/Plugin/Branches.pm line 59.
Compilation failed in require at /usr/lib/perl5/Template/Plugins.pm line 206.
Removed OnlyMine from Plugin/Branches. Replaced by a template var in
cleanborrowers; it was used only once.

This patch makes the bulk patron delete/anonymize functionality be limited
by branch. It does so by adding a branch selection dropdown and using the
already defined APIs for filtering by branch.
It makes use of C4::Branches::onlymine for the IndependentBranches use case
and it adds a way to call it from the Branches template plugin.
To test:
- Apply the patch
1) Have a superlibrarian user
- Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization
=> SUCCESS: Verify you can pick a branch (or all of them)
- Try doing some operations
=> SUCCESS: Verify the selection is respected, and carried around all steps
2) Have a user with tools/delete_anonymize_patrons permissions
- Set IndependentBranches on
- Go to Tools > Batch patron deletion/anonymization
=> SUCCESS: It picks the librarian's branch and doesn't let us choose another one
- Try doing some operations
=> SUCCESS: Verify the user's branch is respected, and carried around all steps
- Sign off :-D

A lot of page uses the patron search box header include (git grep
patron-search.inc for the list) and the branch and category lists are
not generated for all of them.
For instance, on a patron detail page, there is a [+] link, but nothing
append on clicking on it.
This patch add a new template plugin "Categories" to get all patron
categories from the templates.
Test plan:
1/ Verify the [+] is working on all patron page (if that works for 2,
that should work for all).
2/ Launch a search from the header box and verify the library and
category dropdown lists select the correct value.
3/ Launch a search on the patron search page (patron home) and verify
the search is working correctly on selecting a category and/or a library
Followed test plan. Works as expected.

This patch
- removes all html_entity usages in tt file which hide utf8 bugs
- removes all encode utf8 in tt plugins because we should get correctly
marked data from DBIC and other sources directly (cf plugin EncodeUTF8
used in renew.tt)
- adds some cleanup in C4::Templates::output: we now use perl utf8 file
handler output so we don't need to decode tt variables manually.

This patch adjusts the new GetLoggedInBranchcode() template function so
that it returns the empty string rather than undef if there is no
active user environment. That way, there won't be lots of undefined
value warnings if/when this function gets used in the OPAC.
This patch also adds test cases.
To test:
[1] Verify that there are no regressions in the main test
plan for this bug.
[2] Verify that prove -v t/db_dependent/Koha_template_plugin_Branches.t
passes.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Log into staff intranet
2) Set logged in branch
3) Browse to tools/overdue notice triggers
4) Select a branch from the pulldown that is not your logged in branch
5) use the "Check out" bar at the top of the page to search for a patron
to check out to
6) Once you have landed here, click the "check out" tab link again, or
the Edit button ( any action really )
7) Note your logged in branch has now changed to the once selected
when editing the notice/status triggers
This is due to the way the patron search passes the branchcode to be
used via the form. This form assumes the branchcode variable is
always the currently logged in branch, which may not and is not
always the case.
Test Plan:
1) Apply this patch
2) Repeat the steps to reproduce above
3) Note your logged in branch does not change

Branches.pm

2) View a basket group, note the branch name is displayed
3) View a subscription's details, note the branch name is displayed

Adds a course reserves system for academic libraries.
The course reserves system allows libraries to create courses
and put items on reserves for those courses.
Each item with at least one reserve can have some of its attributes
modified while it is on reserve for at least one active course.
These attributes include item type, collection code, shelving location,
and holding library. If there are no active courses with this item
on reserve, it's attributes will revert to the original attributes
it had before going on reserve.
Test Plan:
1) Create new authorised value categories DEPARTMENT and TERM
2) Create a new course, add instructors to that course.
3) Reserve items for that course, verify item attributes have changed.
4) Disable course, verify item attributes have reverted.
5) Enable course again, verify item attributes again.
6) Delete course, verify item attributes again.
7) Create two new courses, add the same item(s) to both courses.
8) Disable one course, verify item attributes have not reverted.
9) Disable both courses, verify item attributes have reverted.
10) Enable one course, verify item attributes are again set to the
new values.
11) Edit reserve item attributes, verify.
12) Disable all courses, edit reserve item attributes, verify
the item itself still has its original attributes, verify
the reserve item attributes have been updated.
13) Verify the ability to remove instructors from a course.
14) Verify new permissions, top level coursereserves, with
subpermissions add_reserves and delete_reserves.
