In Elasticsearch, query for biblios uses lenient=true.
This is also needed for authorities search.
In case a search field is defined as type numeric.
Test plan :
1) Use Elasticsearch searchengine
2) Define a search field 'local-number' as type 'Number'
3) Be sure to us 'local-number' in autorities mapping
4) Rebuild autorities
5) Performe a search for autorities with 'Search entire record' and
'contains' with term '123'
=> Without patch you get error :
[query_shard_exception] Can only use prefix queries on keyword and text fields - not on [local-number] which is of type [integer]

Retrieves the complete records one by one to avoid huge memory usage.
Note that this removes the call to GuessAuthTypeCode, but it is done later in Koha::SearchEngine::Elasticsearch::marc_records_to_documents (and was never done if you asked to index a single record with --authid parameter).
Test plan:
1. Apply patch
2. Reindex authorities: perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -a -d -v
3. Check that indexing completed successfully and results are correct.

This patch adds "filter_by_for_hold" method in "Items.pm" and
uses it in "cat-toolbar.inc" instead of "filter_by_for_load".
Also this patch removes "filter_by_for_loan" method.
To reproduce the bug:
1) go to /cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=XXX that has
item with notforloan value set as "Ordered" (-1)
2) see that button "Place hold" is not present
3) apply the patch

memcached address and namespace are in $KOHA_CONF, so it is required to
read it before being able to access the cache. And after that,
configuration is kept in memory forever. Storing this in memcached is
useless and even counter-productive, since Koha reads both the file and
the cache
This patch addresses this issue by removing the cache-related code from
C4::Context->new.
It means that C4::Context->new will always read the configuration file,
so this patch also replaces inappropriate calls to
C4::Context->new->config by appropriate calls to C4::Context->config
It also fixes a bug where C4::Context->new would ignore the filepath
given in parameters if there was something in cache.
It also removes a problematic call to Koha::Caches->get_instance.
Because this call was outside of any subroutine, it would have happened
before the initialization of $C4::Context::context (which happen in
C4::Context::import)
Test plan:
1. Do not apply the patch yet
2. Add the following line at the beginning of Koha::Config::read_from_file
warn "read_from_file($file)";
This will allow you to check how many times the file is read.
3. Flush memcached and restart starman
4. Check the logs, you should see "read_from_file" a bunch of times
5. Apply the patch
6. Re-add the line from step 2
7. Flush memcached and restart starman
8. Check the logs, you should see "read_from_file" only once
9. Make sure the memcached config from $KOHA_CONF (memcached_servers,
memcached_namespace) is taken into account by checking the About page

When using the patron merge feature it's possible to generate a patron
with several non-repeatable attributes.
This patch prevents that.
Test plan:
Create 2 patron attribute types, one repeatable and one non-repeatable
Create 2 patrons and add them repeatable attributes
Add a non-repeatable attribute to one of them
Merge the 2 patrons
=> It succeeds, the resulting patron has all the repeatable attribute
and the non-repeatable one.
Do it again but this time add non-repeatable to both patrons
Merge them
=> It fails, you should see an error on the UI

The previous patch introduces some behavioural changes to the API, as
well as the data types that need to be passed; all happens in the tests.
This patch adapts the route so it complies with those changes:
- JSON object containing pickup_library_id attribute is now passed back
and forth.
- The controller should take care of checking the pickup location is
valid, using the available tools.
To test:
1. Apply the patches, up to the tests
2. Run:

There are a few cases where the `renew_item` method in
Koha::Account::Line will return `undef`. For these cases, we should not
pass the error up the chain to the controllers as it leads to malformed
error messages in the UI.

2 - Checkout an item to a patron and make it overdue (can backdate the
checkout)
3 - Make sure the itemtype has fines that will be charged
4 - Charge the fines:
Set finesMode = production
perl misc/cronjobs/fines.pl -v
5 - Check the fine appears on the patrons account
6 - Pay off the fine
7 - Receive alert after payment that reads: "The fines on
the following items were paid off, renewal results are

Koha used to rely on Mail::Sendmail for sending emails. As an SMTP
client, the library took the job of extracting Bcc headers (and removing
them) to pass them along with the recipients listed on To: and Cc: to
the SMTP protocol in the form of RCPT TO: lines. [1]
This was overlooked when we moved to Email::Stuffer/Email::Simple and
there's a different behavior, that is a design decision [2].
This patchset re-introduces the behavior from Mail::Sendmail by
overriding the send_or_die method locally (in Koha::Email) and doing the
right thing.
Unless an explicit {to} parameter is passed, it extracts the recipients
from the headers, as Mail::Sendmail does, and calls
$self->SUPER::send_or_die with the right parameters.
To test:
1. Apply the regression tests
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/Koha/Email.t
=> FAIL: Bcc is not handled correctly!

sent!

When borrowerRelationship is empty in system preferences, Relationship
dropdown is not required and we accept empty value.
Also fixes bug that didn't let you to pick empty value even when you
specified that it should be possible in system preferences but in the
end of the string (i.e. "|father|mother" worked,
but "father|mother|" don't).
To reproduce (borrowerRelationship can be empty):
1) Go to system preferences and make borrowerRelationship empty.
2) Create a new patron who is assumed to have a guarantor or modify
the existing one.
3) Under "Guarantor Information" click on "Search to add" button.
After performing the search, select a user to act as guarantor. Try to save your changes.
4) Observe that relationship field is required in order to save but
you can't actually choose anything as it doesn't contain anything.
5) Apply the patch.
6) Repeat steps above.
7) Observe that it allows you to save the form now.
To reproduce (can't choose empty value bug):
1) Go to system preferences and set borrowerRelationship exactly
to "father|mother|".
2) Create a new patron who is assumed to have a guarantor or modify
the existing one.
3) Under "Guarantor Information" click on "Search to add" button.
After performing the search, select a user to act as guarantor.
4) Observe that there's no option to leave relationship field empty.
5) Apply the patch.
6) Repeat steps above.
7) Observe that it has empty option that you can choose and save
the form.

Do not split the config using comma.
From syspref description of borrowerRelationship preference:
> Guarantors can be the following of those they guarantee:
> (input multiple choices separated by |). Leave empty to deactivate.
As it doesn't mention comma at all, I removed ',' from split.

2. Notice the error
Error: Unable to perform your search. Please try again.
and the logs say
Failed to parse query [(:foo*)]
3. Apply the patch
4. Repeat the search and notice that you know get:
"12 result(s) found for 'kw:foo'."

The connection details for the message broker should be configurable.
This patch adds configuration options to koha-conf.xml. If they
are not specified, then default connection details will be used.

Subdivision authorities are not used for linking, however, they are recognized by
C4::AuthoritiesMarc
While these records are not used for linking, they could provide reference and
should be allowed to exist in the catalog without breaking ES indexing
THis patch simply skips the step of parsing the authorities into the linking form
if the type contains '_SUBD'
To test:
1 - Import a subdivision authority record via Z39 or use the one attached to this bug
2 - perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -v -d
3 - Authority indexing dies:
Use of uninitialized value $tag in hash element at /usr/share/perl5/MARC/Record.pm line 202.
Use of uninitialized value $tag in regexp compilation at /usr/share/perl5/MARC/Record.pm line 206.
Use of uninitialized value $tag in hash element at /usr/share/perl5/MARC/Record.pm line 207.
Can't call method "tag" on an undefined value at /kohadevbox/koha/C4/Heading.pm line 71.
4 - Apply patches
5 - reindex
6 - Success!

While not that common nowadays, it is the syntax PHP uses, and
DataTables also generates such thing in 'traditional' mode. We should
support it as well.
This patch adds support for that. It does so by adding _order_by[] to
the reserved param names, and proper handling on the dbic_merge_sorting
helper.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ kshell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/REST/Plugin/Objects.t

This patch allows the preceeding test to pass. Strictly, we want a comma
delimited string for our _order_by parameter, but we cannot easily block
a traditional multi-passed parameter. As such the 'nice' thing to do is
handle it when such a thing is passed as it will pass through validation
regardless.

While this won't prevent the deadlock, it should catch the case where
a deadlock causes the DB update to fail and provide feedback to the user
and rollback the transaction
I don't know how to trigger the deadlock, I can only confirm that we see it, and
that this should catch it.

This patch gets rid of a loop on the librarary's groups siblings, and
acknowledges ->get_hold_libraries returns a proper Koha::Libraries
iterator that can be chained with a new query on the passed branchcode.
This way we only fetch a count from the DB and no loop needs to take
place on the code.
