This patch does what the title says. The code change is clear to
understand.
The check for userid vs. cardnumber is done in the `find_by_identifier`
method so no need to do it here.
Note: When `find_by_identifier` was written, I picked some other place's
logic (API password validation) so `userid` is used first for finding
the patron. Because of this, tests in t/db_dependent/Auth.t need to be
adjusted. I believe this is not an issue, as those tests should be
removed once we move forward with bug 33905, entirely.
To test:
1. Apply this patch
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Auth.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
3. Sign off :-D

The first motivation of this patch is to remove the following warnings
from t/db_dependent/Auth.t:
Use of uninitialized value $anonymous_patron in string eq at /kohadevbox/koha/C4/Auth.pm line 1497
Actually a correct fix seems to add a new `is_anonymous` method to
Koha::Patron in order to remove the warnings from everywhere else.
Test plan:
Confirm that you cannot log in using the anonymous patron and that the 2
tests are passing

This patch moves some patron fetching code in C4/Auth to use to patron returned from the validation
methods and only try to fetch the patron (to check if locked, update attempts, etc) if we didn't authenticate
To test:
1 - Set a user to have userid = BANANA password = Password1
2 - Set a user to have cardnumber = BANANA password = Password2
3 - Hit the patron authentication API:
http://localhost:8080/api/v1/auth/password/validation
with data:
{ "identifier": "BANANA", "password":"Password1" }
and:
{ "identifier": "BANANA", "password":"Password2" }
4 - Note you receive the same response for both
5 - Apply patch, restart all
6 - Repeat the API and confirm you get the correct patron for the password submitted

Also this patch corrects the order of sysprefs in installer file.

continue to work as expected

This adds a sort based on branchcode, it's a fallback for an edge case that should be rare
so I think is acceptable, as long as documented.
I added test coverage, but it may no longer be possible to encounter this scenario.

This could be considered a configuration flaw, but when:
StaffLoginBranchBasedOnIP enabled and not AutoLocation
or
AutoLocation enabledand no IP set in user's branch
AND
two branches have the same IP set
the user can be logged in randomly to one of the matching branches.
These test often pass, but will also randomly fail
Easier to verify with a one liner demonstrating current code:
perl -e 'use Koha::Libraries; use List::MoreUtils qw(uniq); my $branches = { map { $_->branchcode => $_->unblessed } Koha::Libraries->search->as_list }; my $branchcode="CPL"; warn Data::Dumper::Dumper( uniq( $branchcode, keys %$branches ));'

This patch adds a new system preference StaffLoginBranchBasedOnIP which restores the behaviour before bug 35918
of using the current IP to determine the user's logged in branchcode
To test:
1 - Get your current ip
2 - Set that IP for a library in the administration section
3 - Find a user account assigned to a different library that can login to staff side
4 - Login to staff as that user, select 'My library'
5 - You are logged in to the user's branch
6 - Apply patch, restart all
7 - Log out and back in, selecting 'My library'
8 - You are logged in to the user's branch
9 - Enable new system preference StaffLoginBranchBasedOnIP
9 - Log out and back in, selecting a different branch, noting the new warning below the library selection
10 - You are logged in to the branch with the matching IP
11 - Log out and back in, selecting 'My library'
10 - You are logged in to the branch with the matching IP
11 - Change your logged in branch
12 - Verify the selection sticks and you can perform staff actions in the chosen branch
13 - Change the IP of the library to one that doesn't match yours
14 - Verify you can log out and log back in and that selected branch is respected when your IP doesn't match library IP

Bug 36102: [TO SQUASH] (follow-up 2) Add cud-login to the login form - fix tests
Signed-off-by: Jonathan Druart <jonathan.druart@bugs.koha-community.org>
This patch suggests to add a new flag do_not_print to
C4::Auth::checkauth to not print the headers and allow to test this
subroutine more easily.
We do no longer need to mock safe_exit and redirect STDOUT to test its
return values.
There are still 3 left:
1.
733 # checkauth will redirect and safe_exit if not authenticated and not authorized
=> Better to keep this one, not trivial to replace
2.
806 # This will fail on permissions
This should be replaced but testing $template->{VARS}->{nopermission}
fails, I dont' think the comment is better.
3.
828 # Patron does not have the borrowers permission
Same as 2.
2. and 3. should be investigated a bit more.
This patch also move duplicated code to set patron's password to a
subroutine set_weak_password.
Test plan:
Read the code and confirm that everything makes sense.
QA: Do you have a better way for this? Yes it's dirty!

This patch introduces some tests on the current (and new) behavior for
the `checkpw` function.
I needed it to better understand if an edge case was actually possible
(it wasn't).
Found a really minor annoyance for the internal check with expired
password not returning the $patron object for consistency with the other
use cases.
I think this method deserves (at least) changing the return value to a
sane data structure. But that's not target for backporting to stable
releases. So a separate bug.

GDPR is a European Union (and, at time of writing, UK) law.
The GDPR_Policy system preference is about a patron
giving consent to their personal data being processed in
line with the library's privacy policy.
The name of the preference is vague: there could be
many policies implemented by libraries to comply with
GDPR. It also makes the preference look irrelevant for
libraries outside the areas where GDPR applies, while
it may be useful for libraries anywhere.
This renames GDPR_Policy to PrivacyPolicyConsent and
adjusts the system preference descriptions.
To test:
* Apply the patch
* Run database update
* Search for GDPR_Policy in the system preference
- you should not find anything.
* Search for DataPrivacyConsent in the system preferences
- you should find it and be able to activate it
* Verify the feature works as expected
- If the preference is set to "enforced", you will be
asked to give consent to the data privacy agreement
in the OPAC when you log in
* Verify the page is now phrased neutrally using 'privacy policy'
Bonus: Consent date is now formatted according to DateFormat
system preference.

This patch removes a security breach in C4::Auth::check_api_auth introduced by bug 31378, where when someone called an api with the parameters userid and auth_client_login, check_api_auth would automatically asume the user calling was that userid.
