We need to ensure we handle the new status tracking cancelled/completed
in our clash detection code too.

In the spirit of the current movement for more modern JS, the refactor tries to limit jQuery usage.
Test plan:
1) Create a booking on a bookable item
2) Cancel it and see that it's simply deleted
3) Apply the patch and run “restart_all”.
4) Repeat the same cancel operation and see that it's still there, albeit with a different appearance.
5) Try the filters in the table

With the integration of the new status column for bookings, it would be preferable to keep the booking in database and simply change its status to 'cancel' when you cancel it via the action button or the timeline.
So I've added partial updating via the API with a new PATCH method to partially edit a booking. It is currently active for status changes.
Graphically, this translates into the disappearance of the action buttons if the booking has already been canceled, although it remains visible in the table and timeline (the style is a proposal for the moment, intended simply to graphically differentiate a canceled booking from others).
I've also added a filter to the filter_by_active method to exclude cancelled bookings.
Test plan:
1) Create a booking on a bookable item
2) Cancel it and see that it's simply deleted
3) Apply the patch and run “restart_all”.
4) Repeat the same cancel operation and see that it's still there, albeit with a different appearance.
5) Try the filters in the table

I actually already started to remove this in another bug, but it makes
sense to do it here where we're introducing the 'active' filter. I'm in
agreement that this should probably always have been an 'active' rather
than 'future' filtering.

Currently the bookings tab on a biblio details and patron details use 'filter_by_future'
which lists upcoming bookings.
Libraries would like to see upcoming, and active bookings in these cases, and we should add a filter
for bookings that have not ended.
NOTE: This removes the only uses of filter_by_future, but I preserve this for Martin's decision as the creator
of the bookings module
To test:
1 - Make an item bookable from the items tab on a record details
2 - Return to details view and place a booking
3 - Note sidebar says "Bookings (1)"
4 - Make the booking current from the DB:
UPDATE bookings SET start_date=NOW() WHERE biblio_id={biblionumber};
5 - Reload the page
6 - Note the count is now "Bookings (0)"
7 - View the patron's details page - note "Bookings (0)" and none listed
8 - Apply patch
9 - Reload biblio details, note Bookings(1)
10 - Reload patron details, note Bookings(1) and booking is listed
11 - End the booking:
UPDATE bookings SET end_date=NOW() WHERE biblio_id={biblionumber};
12 - Confirm booking no longer listed on biblio or patron details

This patch adds a new 'bookings' tab to the bottom of the members
details pages. When a patron has any future or current bookings against
their record the tab will display the number of bookings in the tab name
and on clicking the tab a bookings table will display the current and
upcoming bookings.

We should not load DateUtils and deal with DateTime objects and
formatting when we can use the DB for it, using \'NOW()' should be
enough.
This patch makes that change. To test:
1. Apply the previous patches
2. Run:
$ ktd --shell
k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Bookings.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2

We need a new method filter_by_future in Koha::Bookings.
Additionally this TT plugin's method was not covered by tests. Neither
is the whole Koha::Booking[s] objects btw.
Test plan:
Confirm that the number of bookings is displayed in the "Bookings" tab
in the left menu of the bibliographic record detail page.

This patch adds new Koha::Object based classes for bookings logic and
adds API controllers to expose the new bookings data via the REST API's.
