Jonathan Druart d6e65d4f99 Bug 27851: Add Koha::Old::Checkouts->filter_by_todays_checkins 
The logic for this code is handled at two different places (and in 2
different ways).
Better to centralize and provide tests

Bug 24545: Fix license statements 
Bug 9978 should have fixed them all, but some were missing.
We want all the license statements part of Koha to be identical, and
using the GPLv3 statement.
