With IndependentBranches Koha explodes with Error 500 when a non
superlibrarian tries to add to basket from suggestions. In errorlog you
would find "DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): DBI Exception:
DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Column 'branchcode' in where clause is
ambiguous".
Test plan:
==========
1. Have a Koha instance with IndependentBranches, some accepted
suggestions, and a vendor defined.
2. Be a non superlibrarian librarian with permissions to
manage acquisitions.
3. Create a new basket and try to add an item to the basket
"From a suggestion".
4. Koha would generate error 500.
5. Apply the patch.
6. Try to add an item to the basket "From a suggestion".
7. You should succeed.

This patch adds the status_alias column to the ILLHiddenRequestStatuses sys pref check.
Because requests will have status_alias NULL by default, we also check for that.
Test plan:
Create multiple ILL requests of different backends and place them in different status (NEW, COMP, REQ, etc)
Create multiple ILLSTATUS entries
Add and remove a mix of both status and status_alias codes in ILLHiddenRequestStatuses and refresh the ILL requests page to confirm the result is according to expectation.

This patch ensures a record is indexed only after the renewal transaction
has completed successfully. Otherwise the job cannot be found by the background process
worker, becaue it was not yet in the DB
To test:
1 - Make sure you are using ES, and the es indexer is running
2 - tail -f /var/log/koha/kohadev/*.log
3 - Issue an item to a patron and renew it
4 - Note error in es-indexer-output.log like:
[2023/03/21 12:22:36] [WARN] No job found for id=157 main:: /kohadevbox/koha/misc/workers/es_indexer_daemon.pl (129)
5 - Apply patch
6 - Renew again
7 There should be no error
8 - Search for the record and confirm items info displays correctly

the job to rabbit.
To test:
1 - In KTD: sudo service rabbitmq-server stop
2 - sudo koha-worker --stop kohadev; sudo koha-worker --queue long_tasks --stop kohadev
3 - In staff client enqueue a batch item modification - note the link to view the enqueued job has no id in the url and takes you to the main background jobs viewer
4 - Run t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t and notice that it fails.
5 - Apply patch
6 - Restart all
7 - Enqueue a new batch item modification
8 - Confirm the link works and has the correct id
9 - Run t/db_dependent/Koha/BackgroundJob.t; it should pass now.

This resolves a crash like
The method Koha::Item->count is not covered by tests!
on the template construction
[% IF ( order.items.count ) %]
in koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/acqui/orderreceive.tt.
Test plan (21.11):
Receive an order line under this condition: quantityreceived>0 with
items attached to the order line.
Note: Should be possible, comes from production logs.
Look for list context on ->items called from acqorder.
The result of git grep "\->items" is too wide but we could theoretically
miss an occurence with git grep "order.*\->items". With order.* we do
catch $new_order_object->items..

Our code assumes that plugin version will be purely numeric ( e.g. 1.2.3 ) but many plugin authors ( including myself ) use the format "v1.2.3".
This causes warnings as we use a numeric comparison on the version numbers.

This patch strips the blank facets from the ES aggregations, this seems
to only affect language fields currently, but could affect any facetable field
that can contain blank values
To test:
1 - Have Koha running Elasticsearch with standard test data,
or add some records with blank values in the 008/35-37
2 - Search for 'a'
3 - Look at the language facets, they should appear normal
4 - Browse to:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/search.pl?idx=&q=a&sort_by=relevance_dsc&count=20&limit=ln:
5 - Note there is now an 'x' under the Languages facet - to remove a limit you cannot see
6 - Apply patch
7 - Reload
8 - Note the x is not there
9 - Inspect HTML, confirm no blank link under language facets

marc_subfield_structure.kohafield can be NULL, but it can also be an
empty string. But in that case, Koha::Item::as_marc_field ignores them,
which means the resulting MARC::Field object has missing data.
This can produce a bug in OPAC ISBD view (and probably other places
where this method is used)
Test plan:
1. Edit the default biblio MARC framework for the item field: find or
create a subfield that is not linked to a DB column.
Save even if you made no changes to make sure that
marc_subfield_structure.kohafield is set to an empty string.
I'll use 995$Z as an example for the following steps.
2. Add the following to syspref OPACISBD:
#995|<br>Item:|{995Z}|
3. Create a biblio with an item and put a value into 995$Z
4. Go to the ISBD detail page for this record at OPAC. Confirm that the
value you entered in 995$Z is not visible
5. Apply patch and restart koha
6. Refresh the ISBD detail page. Confirm that the 995$Z is now visible.
7. Run `prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Item.t`

This patch updates the mapping to reflect the split and rename of the
preferences section of the manual.
Test plan
1) Hitting 'Help' on any tab except for 'Local use' should lead you to
the globalpreferences section of the manual for your Koha version.
2) Hitting 'Help' on the 'Local use' tab should take you directly to the
'localusepreferences' manual page.
NOTE: I have now updated the manual build pipeline to remove
renamed/deleted files so prior to this patch you should now see a 404
response when clicking Help from these pages. Before I made that
change, we had the old file hanging around, so you actually got an
outdated manual page disguised as a more recent version.

In Zebra the availability limit code states:
'available' is defined as (items.onloan is NULL) and (items.itemlost = 0)
We should make ES follow the same behaviour so that changing the engine does not
change this.
To test:
1 - Find or create several records with two items each
2 - For those records setup items as:
a - one checked out, one available
b - both marked lost
c - both damaged
d - both withdrawn
e - both notforloan
3 - Enable ES and reindex to confirm everything is set
4 - Perform an advanced search to return those records and 'limit to available items'
5 - Confirm you see records b,c,d,e and records say '2 items, none available'
6 - Apply patch
7 - Run `misc/search_tools/rebuild_elasticsearch.pl -d -b`
8 - Perform an advanced search to return those records and 'limit to available items'
9 - Confirm you see records a,b,c,d and al but a say '2 items, none available'

The change in batchMod.pl is not needed when we fix the builder.
But we could at least add a comment there!
Note that passing the biblionumber of the first item does not
make sense since we are modifying items from several biblio
records normally. We most probably do not want this MARC
record's itemcallnumber (via the syspref) in all our items.

This adds a specific 'limited' routine to the Categories plugin, and uses
it for the new patron dropdowns
To test:
1 - Limit a patron category to some branches
2 - Sign in not at one of those
3 - Confirm the new patron dropdowns don't include the category

This patch simply changes from using 'search_with_library_limits'
to 'search'
The limits I think are intended to prevent users from setting a patron to the wrong category,
they are not meant to hide patrons. Or rather, they don't do that, patrons are returned in search
but cannot be processed. The dropdowns as well won't contain the category, so you can see these
patrons, but not filter by the category
Bug 31422 and bug 31032 point out further issues with limits.
For now, let's fix searching
To test:
1 - Edit Patron category 'Patron/PT'
2 - Try to do a patron search that returns patrons in this category
3 - See 'Processing' and error in JS console: Uncaught TypeError: categories_map[data] is undefined
4 - Apply patch
5 - Restart all and repeate
6 - It works now!

To test:
1 - Enable ES and index
2 - Set expandedSearchOption to 'show'
3 - Advanced search on staff and opac using Year field on staff and Publication date range on OPAC for:
2005
2005-
-2005
<2005
>2005
2005-2010
4 - Confirm ranges don't work on staff side, but do on opac
5 - Apply patch
6 - Repeat searches - they work on both staff and opac
7 - prove t/db_dependent/Koha/SearchEngine/Elasticsearch/QueryBuilder.t

System preference 'CSVdelimiter' has a special case for tabulation.
Preference value contains string 'tabulation' but string '\t' must be used in CSV file.
This is OK in many places, for exemple Bug 17590.
This patch adds C4::Context->csv_delimiter to add a uniq metod dealing
with this behavior.
Also create Koha::Template::Plugin::Koha->CSVDelimiter for calls from
Toolkit Templates.
Test plan :
1) Set system preference 'CSVdelimiter' = 'tabs'.
2) Create CSV export in impacted pages
3) Check columns are separated by tabulation character and not string 'tabulation'
4) Check with another delimiter

This patch removes the now unused: _update_import_record_marc
Additionally, as items are already present in import biblio we no longer need to embed
them, so that parameter is removed and the option removed from the sub and pod and everywhere
it was used
In all cases, we were embedding, so we don't need a way to get without

The _add_default_csrf_params internal function accesses
C4::Context->userenv without checking that it has been defined. I think
not all of the potential callers of it declare that they require a
defined userenv, so we should test and provide defaults for required
values if it is not defined, to avoid some "Can't use an undefined value
as a HASH reference" HTTP 500 Internal Server Errors.
To test:
Do anything that requires a form with CSRF token, such as editing your
details. Behaviour should be unchanged. To test the failure case, you
would need some customised code that indirectly generates a CSRF token
before setting the userenv up and I am not sure there is any in released
Koha yet.

We can insert the indices before the main loop to a hash,
this way we don't have to look up during each loop iteration
the index from an array which in the worst case might take O(N)
thus making the total time complexity O(N^2).

When using the "Payout amount" button, accountlines.manager_id is not
populated. This is not the case with the "Issue payout" buttons.
Test Plan:
1) Create a manual credit
2) Issue a payout using the "Payout amount" button
3) Inspect the payout accountline, note it has no manager_id
4) Apply this patch, restart all the things!
5) Repeat steps 1 and 2
6) Note the new payout accountline has a manager_id!

get_search_groups from Koha/Library/Groups.pm returns library groups sorted by title.
Test plan:
1- Go to administration > library groups and create multiple library groups with different names (e.g. AGroup, BGroup, ÄGroup, etc.). Make sure to tick "Use for OPAC search groups" checkbox.
2- Go to advanced search in OPAC.
3- Under "Groups of librairies" , click the select button.
4- Notice that the library groups are not in alphabetical order.
5- Apply the patch.
6- Notice that the library groups are in alphabetical order.
