Martin Renvoize 6a3f1027ea Bug 29810: Add 'x-koha-embed' to reserved words
The maintainers of Mojolicious::Plugin::OpenAPI and friends fixed the
problem with using collectionFormat for Headers in the upstream library.

However, this highlighted an outstanding issue in our code when I ran
the unit tests. We have not been stripping x-koha-embed at the query
level as it did not exist in the reserved_words list. This patch
resolves that and gets the acquisitions_orders test passing again.

Tomas Cohen Arazi 9aea9241f3 Bug 30394: Add x-koha-request-id handling in controllers
This patch adds 'x-koha-request-id' to the reserved param names list,
and makes the objects.search helper read it and send it back in the
response headers.

Tomas Cohen Arazi d6092daa54 Bug 30194: Adapt Koha to the latest JSON::Validator version
This patch makes V1.pm and PluginRoutes.pm work with the
JSON::Validator breaking changes introduced after v4.

JSON::Validator got stricter, and it seems there's some bug in how it
resolves references, so I propose we bundle the YAML spec into a single
file using a gulp task. This will save load time too, so has its
advantages too.

To test:
1. Edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list
2. Duplicate the existing line below, replacing 'dev' for 'exp'
3. Upgrade the packages
   $ apt update ; apt dist-upgrade -y
4. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/REST/Plugin/PluginRoutes.t \
           t/db_dependent/api/v1
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
5. Restart plack and check the logs:
   $ koha-plack --restart kohadev ; tail -f /var/log/koha/kohadev/*.log
=> SUCCESS: Nothing seems broken, things work
6. Point your browser to http://localhost:8081/api/v1/

Tomas Cohen Arazi 398a4b4698 Bug 30165: (follow-up) Allow objects.search usage outside OpenAPI
Our objects.search helper is written for being used in our API
controllers, which get their query parameters processed by the OpenAPI
plugin, using JSON::Validator.

Particularly, the 'q' parameter is defined as 'multi' on our spec, which
means objects.search always gets it as an arrayref.

As the Objects.t tests are not using the OpenAPI plugin, a hashref is
generated as only one q= is being passed. This patch adds an extra
validation on objects.search, for the non-arrayref use case and does the
right thing.

To test:
1. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/REST/Plugin/Objects.t

Tomas Cohen Arazi 296e3e618d Bug 30165: (follow-up) Fix GET /acquisitions/orders
This patch fixes the particular use case of the orders route, which has
a slightly modified version of the objects.search helped, embeded in the
controller itself. This controller gets adjusted to the fact q will now
be an array.

Because of the latter, we end up requiring more code duplication
regarding the query fix, so I moved it to an internal sub that gets
reused.

To test:
1. Apply the previous patches
2. Run:
   $ kshell

Tomas Cohen Arazi 233c35bdc0 Bug 30165: Make q parameter 'multi'
This patch changes the q_param definition so the defined query parameter
is repeatable. This way JSON::Validator will always generate an arrayref
for it and won't skip occurences.

The objects.search helper is updated to always consider the 'q'
parameter as an array, as expected.

Tomas Cohen Arazi 1e8ead9727 Bug 29570: Fix sorting orders by biblioitems columns
The API representation of Koha::Biblio objects includes the
biblioitems.* columns too. This proved problematic as queries had to get
translated so they work (i.e. if a query passes q={"biblio.ean":"123%"}
then the query needs to be tweaked so biblio.ean is translated into
biblio.biblioitem.ean. This is solved, locally, in the controller.

But sorting needs the same kind of tweak, and it was missing. This patch
solves that by doing a similar conversion.

To test:
1. Apply the regression tests patch
2. Run:
   $ kshell
  k$ prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/acquisitions_orders.t
=> FAIL: Tests fail, searching on a 'biblioitems' column generates a 500
error.
3. Apply this patch
4. Repeat 2
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass! We can sort on those fields
5. Sign off :-D

Note: you will notice the tests only cover sorting by ISBN. I consider
it enough as sorting is a DB problem, and we only want to know if the
generated ORDER BY is valid for the underlying query, and MySQL would
complain if it wasn't the case.

Jonathan Druart 95097d1cc2 Bug 29914: Make check_cookie_auth compare the userid
check_cookie_auth is assuming that the user is authenticated if a cookie exists
and that the login/username exists in the DB.

So basically if you hit the login page, fill the login input with a
valid username, click "login"
=> A cookie will be generated, and the sessions table will contain a
line with this session id.
On the second hit, if the username is in the DB, it will be enough to be
considered authenticated.

Petro Vashchuk 092721c3d1 Bug 29906: fix when hold record forcibly gets unwanted "suspended" state
This code allows for "Perl false" to pass through to $suspended_until
if it is in $hold->suspend_until and in $body->{suspended_until}
But in case of "Perl truth" it calls dt_from_string for that value.

Reproduction:
1. run provided test in kshell: prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t
2. see the test fails with something like:
    # Failed test 'Location change shouldn't touch suspended status'
    #   at t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t line 1067.
    #          got: '1'
    #     expected: '0'

    # Failed test 'suspended_until should be undef'
    #   at t/db_dependent/api/v1/holds.t line 1068.
    #          got: '2022-01-20 00:00:00'
    #     expected: undef
    # Looks like you failed 2 tests of 39.

When bug 20212 was pushed, we lost (didn't dig enough to find out how)
the sorting feature for this route.

This is mainly because biblio+biblioitems filtering prevents the route
to use plain $c->objects->search, so it has baked a custom version of
it. In this case, it missed the call to the dbic_merge_sorting helper,
that takes care of reading the query parameters and inject the sorting

Tomas Cohen Arazi dbd69d6650 Bug 29741: (follow-up) Make DELETE /patrons use the new validation method
This patch adapts the route so it uses the newly introduced
Koha::Patron->safe_to_delete method.

Note: There's a trivial behavior change, in which the 'anonymous patron'

Tomas Cohen Arazi 8dee5083eb Bug 28020: Add error_code to error responses
This patch adds the *error_code* attribute to the error response
definition. This way it can be added when returning an error.

I also made a sample usage of it on the generic unhandled_exception
helper, which the unit tests on this patchset expect.

To test:

Privileged routes need permissions defined. This patch adds the minimum

in Koha: circulate: circulate_remaining_permissions

It is also clarified that interacting with an article request from
another patron, but having your own patron_id in the path would return
404 instead of 403, as technically the resource (an article request from
the patron, identified.by the supplied id) doesn't exist.
