- Remove leftover skeleton boilerplate comments in the atomicupdate
("Do you stuffs here", "# sysprefs")
- Fix typo in atomicupdate description ("preferene" -> "preference")
- Update POD on MapItemsToHoldRequests to mention the new

- Explicitly mock LocalHoldsPriorityScope in the existing Local Holds

Adds a new permission to control access to the Item Modification by Age tool in the Cataloging Module.
Previously access to this tool was controlled by the items_batchmod permission. This can be an issue for consortiums
where staff members should be able to batch change items that belong to their library, but who shouldn't be able
to define item aging rules. Staff with automatic item aging tool access can use authorized values to change items
that belong to other libraries.
This patch introduces a dedicated permission (items_modification_by_age) to restrict access to the tool to users
with this permission.
- new permission definition via atomicupdate
- removal of dependency on items_batchmod for tool access
- updated permission UI display
- updated cataloguing-home button visibility
- updated flagsrequired check in tool script

The API that this feature was based on was removed by the Swedish
National Library, so we can remove the code and sysprefs from Koha.
Before testing:
- Run this SQL in the database and verify the syspref is empty:
SELECT value FROM systempreferences WHERE variable = 'OPACdidyoumean';
- Go to Administration > Did you mean? and verify there is a box for
LibrisSpellcheck
- Move the boxes around and click on "Save configuration"
- Run the SQL again and verify the contents of the syspref are now
something like this:
[{ "name": "AuthorityFile"}, { "name": "LibrisSpellcheck"}, { "name": "ExplodedTerms"}]
- Go to Administration > System preferences and search for "libris"
- Verify the two sysprefs LibrisKey and LibrisURL show up
To test:
- Apply this patch and make sure the DB update is run. In KTD you can
do:
$ sudo koha-upgrade-schema kohadev
The output from this should be like this:
Removed system preference 'LibrisKey'
Removed system preference 'LibrisURL'
'LibrisSpellcheck' was removed from the OPACdidyoumean syspref
- Run koha-upgrade-schema again. The output should be:
'LibrisKey' syspref already removed
'LibrisURL' syspref already removed
'OPACdidyoumean' syspref does not contain a setting for 'LibrisSpellcheck'
- Run the same SQL as before and verify that LibrisSpellcheck is now
gone:
[{"name":"AuthorityFile"},{"name":"ExplodedTerms"}]
- Go to Administration > Did you mean? and verify there is no box
for LibrisSpellcheck
- Move the boxes around and click on "Save configuration"
- Run the SQL again and verify that there is still no mention of
LibrisSpellcheck
- Go to Administration > System preferences and search for "libris"
- Verify the two sysprefs LibrisKey and LibrisURL do NOT show up
- Empty the OPACdidyoumean syspref by running this SQL:
UPDATE systempreferences SET value = '' WHERE variable = 'OPACdidyoumean';
- Run koha-upgrade-schema again. The output should be:
'LibrisKey' syspref already removed
'LibrisURL' syspref already removed
'OPACdidyoumean' is not set

- cleanup_database.pl: rewrite DeleteSpecialHolidays to purge the new
library_single_closures and library_closure_exceptions tables via their
Koha::Objects classes (was querying the dropped special_holidays table).
- kohastructure.sql: fix the comment header above library_repeating_closures
that still referred to repeatable_holidays.
- C4::Overdues: drop the dead GetSpecialHolidays / GetRepeatableHolidays /
GetWdayFromItemnumber routines (unreferenced, exported nowhere) that still
queried the dropped special_holidays / repeatable_holidays tables, along
with the now-unused Date::Calc and Date::Manip imports.

The historical 16.12.00.032 upgrade step (Bug 12063) instantiated
Koha::Calendar to push reserves.expirationdate forward by the max
pickup delay in open days. Depending on a live application class from a
frozen upgrade step is fragile: when this bug renamed and removed
Koha::Calendar, the migration had to be edited to chase the new
namespace.
Frozen updatedatabase.pl steps should be self-contained and prefer
direct DB access. Reimplement the holiday-aware date advance inline,
reading the legacy repeatable_holidays / special_holidays tables (which
still exist at this point in the upgrade path) directly, with no
dependency on any Koha::* calendar class. This keeps the step working
regardless of later refactors and removes the calendar-class reference
from updatedatabase.pl entirely.
The weekly / day-month / single-closure logic and exception (open
override) handling mirror the historical C4::Calendar semantics.

Koha::Calendar is, by construction, a per-library object — it croaks
without a branchcode argument and every method is branch-scoped. The
top-level namespace hides that. Move the whole tree under
Koha::Library::Calendar to match the actual semantics, the existing
/libraries/{library_id}/calendar REST routes, and the established
Koha::Library::* convention (Group, Hour, FloatLimit, OverDriveInfo).
This commit:
- renames the Koha::Calendar(::*) tree to Koha::Library::Calendar(::*)
- updates package declarations, POD and internal 'use' statements
within the moved tree
- updates the four DBIC Schema Result overrides (koha_object_class /
koha_objects_class) to the new namespace
- updates callers inside C4::* modules (Calendar, Circulation,
Reserves, Overdues, HoldsQueue), Koha::{Patron,Hold,Checkouts,
CurbsidePickup}, circ/returns.pl, the installer and cronjobs
- updates the 42310-owned tests (Calendar tests, HoldsQueue.t,
Holds/WaitingReserves.t, Holidays.t, Koha/CurbsidePickups.t,
Reserves/CancelExpiredReserves.t and the libraries.t CRUD block)
Koha::Library->calendar, the REST controllers and the 42311 tests
are updated in separate follow-up commits under their respective
bugs.
Test plan:
- prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Library/Calendar.t
- prove t/db_dependent/Calendar.t
- prove t/db_dependent/Holidays.t t/db_dependent/HoldsQueue.t
- prove t/db_dependent/Holds/WaitingReserves.t

The new calendar tables add UNIQUE(library_id, weekday),
UNIQUE(library_id, day, month) and UNIQUE(library_id, date) constraints
that did not exist on repeatable_holidays / special_holidays, so the
INSERT IGNORE migration can silently drop legacy duplicate rows.
This patch compares source vs destination row counts for each of the
four migrations and emits a say_warning naming the constraint and
pointing the operator at their pre-upgrade backup so titles or
descriptions can be recovered if needed. Success lines now include
the migrated row count. DROP statements for the legacy tables are
guarded with TableExists and reported via say_success for
consistency with the rest of the atomicupdate.
Test plan:
1) Apply the update on a database containing legacy duplicates and
verify the warning is emitted with the correct count.
2) Apply on a database with no duplicates and verify no warning
appears.
3) Re-run the update and verify it is idempotent (no warnings, no
re-migration).

Replace the two overloaded tables (repeatable_holidays, special_holidays)
with four purpose-specific tables:
- library_weekly_closures: weekly closed days (e.g. every Sunday)
- library_repeating_closures: annual repeating closures (e.g. Dec 25)
- library_single_closures: one-off closures with a DATE column
- library_closure_exceptions: open overrides with a DATE column
All use library_id FK and follow current community standards. It points to API
usage in a short term so it follows the API naming conventions.

To be more flexible we could allow the top-level domain instead of
having a predefined list.
However this patch still list the different available options (and adds
Brazilian) for easy selection.
Note that this system preference is not used to retrieve the image but
only to link to from the image. Contrary to what the reporter of the bug
report thought. And actually what I thought as well until I finished to
write the patch and started testing it!
Anyway now the patch is written, there should not be any changes in
behaviour. Most of the time the links are actually broken when not using
.com. So I think we either broke the whole feature at some point, or it
never really worked. On a separate bug we could eventually have a look
at fetching from the locale tld.
Test plan:
Turn on OPACAmazonCoverImages and AmazonCoverImages
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/catalogue/detail.pl?biblionumber=5http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=5
=> You see the PBP cover
click on it, it opens the lightbox, click "(see the original image)" at
the bottom
=> This is where the syspref AmazonLocale/AmazonLocaleTld acts
Modify the syspref's value and confirm that the link is modified and
point to the correct domain (leading to 404 or broken pages most of the time,
at least in my tests).

Replaces the broad manage_circ_rules permission requirement on the
circulation triggers page with a new dedicated manage_circ_triggers
sub-permission (under parameters, flag 3).
- Add manage_circ_triggers to userpermissions.sql
- Update atomicupdate to add the permission, grant it to existing
edit_notice_status_triggers users, and remove the old permission
- Update admin/circulation_triggers.pl to require manage_circ_triggers
- Add manage_circ_triggers as an OR option on all circulation_rules
API endpoints (GET/PUT /circulation_rules, /kinds, /config)
- Restrict manage_circ_triggers users in the API controller to
overdue_* rule names only on write

Permissions.t:
- Remove edit_notice_status_triggers from userpermissions.sql so fresh installs
no longer seed this deprecated permission (existing installs are handled by
the atomic update)
- Add a defensive DELETE in the test to cover DBs that pre-date the atomic update
CirculationTriggers_spec.ts:
- Fix getMockCirculationRule: the helper was returning the old {rule_name,
rule_value, branchcode, ...} format; update to the current API format
{context: {...}, overdue_N_delay: ..., ...}
- Remove assertions for UI elements that do not exist (success/error flash
messages, "Existing triggers" heading, "rule set will be removed" text)
- Fix reset confirmation text to match actual component output
- Fix duplicate patron_category_id "ST" in mock patron categories
- Remove aspirational tests that checked non-implemented behaviour
- Add describe block for the no-default-triggers warning (no rules anywhere,
rules only at specific libraries, library link switches the filter)
- Add regression test for NaN trigger number when adding first rule for a library

has_rules was a purely frontend marker stored as a circulation rule to
signal that a context had explicitly-saved overdue trigger rules. The
backend never reads it; the information is fully derivable from whether
any of delay/notice/mtt/restrict are non-null for a given context.
Replace all has_rules DB reads/writes with a hasExplicitRulesForTrigger()
helper that checks the four real rule suffixes directly. has_rules remains
as a computed in-memory concept in the Vue store (derived in findEffectiveRule)
so templates require no changes.
Also adds an atomicupdate to delete existing has_rules rows from the DB,
and removes the has_rules insert from the bug_10190 migration script.

The previous migration had two fundamental errors:
1. It manufactured phantom empty rows for all patron categories that
had no rule, which corrupted the "most frequent" calculation.
2. It created categorycode=NULL (all-categories) default rules for
every branchcode seen, silently extending overdue notice coverage
to patron categories that had no configured rule in the old system.
The backend (overdue_notices.pl) does not consult has_rules, so
these invented defaults would cause notices to be sent to patrons
that were deliberately uncovered.
The rewrite migrates only explicit (branchcode, categorycode) pairs
that had a positive delay configured. No default rules are created.
branchcode='' maps to NULL as before. exit is replaced with return
to avoid killing subsequent atomicupdate scripts.

This patch aims to resolve the following issues as reported by comment 193:
- missing atomic update for overde_X_has_rules (amended to account for comment 227)
- existing delays being overwritten by the client when a rule set is displayed
- inability to save circulation overdue rule sets for context for which circulations rules where already set
- address bug_10190.pl db script warnings (undef values were being concatenated with strings)
- add a guard clause to bug_101090.pl: check that the tables the script pulls the data from do still exist, otherwise exit.
- remove duplicate Letters options in the circulation triggers add / edit form

This patch adds a custom aj_field_template to the sip accounts
This allows libraries to specify a template for the title (AJ) field in sip
messages
The template allows using item and biblio fields (item provides access to biblio. but we pass
both in order to makes the templates simpler
To test:
1 - Install patches
2 - updatedatabase, yarn build, restart_all
3 - Setup a sip account, KTD already has a sip patron, term1, you can use that
don't add the aj_field_template yet
4 - Find or create a biblio with 245a and 245b like 245$aTitle : $bSubtitle and add item with TESTBARCODE
5 - From the command line:
perl misc/sip_cli_emulator.pl -su term1 -sp term1 -l CPL -t CR -a localhost -p 6001 -m item_information --item TESTBARCODE
6 - Confirm AJ field shows "Title :" as expected
7 - Edit sip account, set aj_field_template to:
[% biblio.title %] [% biblio.subtitle %] [% item.barcode %]
8 - Repeat the sip test
9 - Confirm you get the response like:
Title : Subtitle TESTBARCODE

Bug 41267 defined the new rule, but didn't set the default.
For consistencies sake we should create these in the DB
To test:
1 - Create 'Default holds and bookings policies by item type' for two itemtypes
Set 'Fill other record level holds on record at checkout' to yes for one and no for the other
2 - Apply this patch
3 - updatedatabase
4 - Verify the rules are not altered
5 - Chekc the DB:
SELECT * FROM circulation_rules WHERE branchcode IS NULL and categorycode IS NULL;
6 - Note the number of rules/ids
7 - Run the DB update and confirm nothing changes
8 - DELETE from circulation_rules WHERE rule_name='fill_other_biblio_holds_policy';
9 - Run the DB update
10 - Confirm rules are replaced, both as yes
11 - Delete a single one of the rules now:
DELETE from circulation_rules WHERE rule_name='fill_other_biblio_holds_policy' AND id=#;
12 - Run the DB update
13 - Confirm only that rule is replaced
14 - DELETE from circulation_rules WHERE branchcode IS NULL and categorycode IS NULL;
15 - Run the DB update
16 - No new rules are created

Tests were failing on upgrade route because they tried to create
EDIFACT_SI authorised values that already existed from the atomicupdate
script, causing unique constraint violations.
This patch:
- Removes test code that created EDIFACT_SI values (tests should assume
database defaults exist)
- Adds EDIFACT_SI category to auth_val_cat.sql for fresh installs
- Adds all 32 EDItEUR List 3B servicing instruction codes to
auth_values.yml for fresh installs
Now the authorised values exist in both installation paths:
- Upgrade route: Created by atomicupdate script
- Fresh install: Created by installer SQL/YAML files
