It is customary in non-English-speaking European countries to write the
currency symbol after the amount and separated from it by a space (e.g.
123 €, 54 zł, 38 Kč). This custom should be taken into account
in Koha::Number::Price::_format_params (by proper use the p_cs_precedes
parameter).
The correct display of the currency is particularly important when using
OPACShowSavings system preference.
Test plan:
==========
1. Enable OPACShowSavings, have some items with defined 'v - Cost,
replacement price'. Check out the items to a patron.
2. Log in to OPAC as the patron. See the amount of 'total savings' on
the main page. Note that the currency symbol precedes the amount.
There is no way to configure the position of the currency symbol.
3. Apply the patch ; updatedatabase.pl ; restart_all.
4. Go to Administration > Currencies and exchange rates. Modify the
active currency unchecking the 'Currency symbol precedes value'
checkbox.
5. Refresh the OPAC page. See that the position of the currency symbol
has been changed.

Adjust aqbudgets.pl and currency.pl to check for the correct op value
To test:
Part 1 - Delete a fund
1. Go to Acquisitions > Funds
2. Try to delete a fund
--> Confirmation page shows fund name as '' and fund amount as 0.00
3. Click "Yes, delete this fund"
--> The fund is still there
Part 2 - Delete a currency
3. Go to Acquisitions > Currencies
4. Try to delete a currency
--> Confirmation shows empty values for currency and rate
5. Click, "Yes, delete this currency"
--> An error message appears and the currency is not deleted
6. Apply patch and restart_all
7. Repeat steps 1-5
--> Confirmation pages display correct information, and deletions
occur successfully

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:

At the moment staff users need parameters or parameters_remaining_permissions
in order to be able to change exchange rates for acquisition orders.
This patch adds a new separate permission currencies_manage and
updates staff users currently having those permissions to get the
new permission as well.
To test:
- Create some staff users with different permission sets
1) superlibrarian
2) parameters
3) parameters_remaining_permissions
4) manage_circ_rules, but not parmeters_remaining_permissions
5) all acquisition permissions
- Apply patch and run database update
- Verify new permission has been added and staff users updated
1) remains the same
2) + 3) will have currencies_manage
4) remains unchanged, doesn't have new permission
5) remains the same, will have access now because of having
the top level acquisition permission
- Verify the changed pages work correctly:
- navigation on admin home page
NOTE: the acquisition parameters section will now honor all
different related permissions (edi_manage, budget_manage,...)
- navigation on acquisition home page
- try to access currencies page directly

At the moment we have 2 different modules for acquisition orders:
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and Koha::Acquisition::Order
The later has been added before the creation of Koha::Object.
Koha::Tmp::Order[s] has been created to make the TT syntax for notices
works with acquisition order data.
This patch removes the temporary packages Koha::Tmp::Order[s] and adapt
the code of Koha::Acquisition::Order[s] to be based on Koha::Object[s].
It also overloads Koha::Object->new to add the trick that was done in
Koha::Acquisition::Order->insert. This is needed because acqui/addorder.pl
is called from several places and CGI->Vars is used to retrieved order's
attributes (and so much more). To avoid regression, the easiest (but not
cleanest) way to do is to filter on aqorders column's names.
This is *not* a pattern to follow!
Test plan:
Create basket and add orders from different ways, then continue a whole
acquisition process

Sounds like it is caused by bug 13726.
It is not possible to delete a currency, even if not used by any vendors

This patch create a Koha::Acquisition::Booksellers module and
Koha::Acquisition::Bookseller::Contract[s] modules.
All code in the acquisition module is adapted to use the CRUD methods of
Koha::Object[s].
The former C4 routines are removed.
Test plan:
Since a lot of files are impacted by this patch, try a complete
acquisition workflow and try to catch errors.
Be focused on bookseller and bookseller' contacts data.

A currency should not be deleted if used by a vendor or a basket.
Test plan:

The DB column is currency.currency not currency.currency_code.
Test plan:
Delete a currency
Without this patch, you will get a warning in the logs:
No method currency_code! at
/home/koha/src/koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/currency.tt
line 148.
And the currency won't be deleted.
With this patch, it will!
It also changes the value of the delete op.

Since we switched to Template Toolkit we don't need to stick with the
sufix we used for HTML::Template::Pro.
This patch changes the occurences of '.tmpl' in favour of '.tt'.
To test:
- Apply the patch
- Install koha, and verify that every page can be accesed

Initial bug :
When there's a round price with no decimals after it,
or when the symbol is after the digits, the price is not captured
by regular expression in MungeMarcPrice routine and the variable
is not initialized.
Enhancement :
The MungeMarcPrice routine had been widely modified.
It's still possible to priority pick the active currency but
unlike the previous mechanism that worked only for prices preceded
by the currency sign, it's now valid wherever the symbol is situated.
As symbol you may enter a pure currency sign as well as a string
including it like '$US'. Moreover, an 'isocode' column had been
added in currency table (editable in the staffo interface from
Administration/Currencies and exchange rates). So the active
currency can be picked either through its symbol or through its iso
code.
