By limiting the data sent to libmagic to 100 characters, we make
the test faster and we avoid situations where a large or malicious
file causes too many resources to be used.
100 characters is more than enough for the file types we're allowing.

This patch uses File::LibMagic to determine the real file type using
libmagic and magic numbers of invoice files, and allows a select group
of file types to be viewed inline for user convenience.
Note that a default Content-Security-Policy is still included to offer
an extra layer of protection against XSS.
Test plan:
0a. Apply the patch
0b. koha-plack --restart kohadev
1. Enable the syspref AcqEnableFiles (ie set to Do)
2. Find or create an active vendor
3. Create a basket if one doesn't already exist
4. Receive a shipment for the vendor
5. Create an invoice
6. Click "Finish receiving"
7. Click "Manage invoice files"
8. Upload a range of files including SVG, PDF, PNG, TXT
9. Click on the "Download" button
10. Note that the file downloads for all types
11. Click on the link in the "Name" column
12. Note that only the PDF and PNG display inline in the browser.
The other file types should be downloaded same as if you clicked the
"Download" button.

Serve invoice files with a CSP header that prevents XSS
instead of with an attachment header that turns them into
downloads.
Testing plan:
- Set AcqEnableFiles preference to Do
- Acquisitions > Vendor > Receive Shipment > Create invoice
- Finish Receiving > Manage invoice files
- Upload an SVG with a <script> tag in it
- Click the SVG filename to open it
- Inspect browser's console: it should say something about a
script being blocked due to the CSP directive

This patch makes it so that invoice-files.pl returns 404 if
AcqEnableFiles is disabled
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. koha-plack --restart kohadev
2. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/invoice-files.pl?invoiceid=999
3. Note that you see a 404 page
4. Change "AcqEnableFiles" syspref to "Do"
5. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/invoice-files.pl?invoiceid=999
6. Note that you now see a "Files for invoice" page

This patch forces download of invoice files rather than showing
them inline where they can potentially perform XSS
Test plan:
0. Apply the patch
1. koha-plack --restart kohadev
2. Find or create an active vendor
3. Create a basket if one doesn't already exist
4. Receive a shipment for the vendor
5. Create an invoice
6. Go to the invoice
7. In the URL change invoice.pl to invoice-files.pl
(or turn on AcqEnableFiles and go to it that way)
8. Upload an image file (e.g. SVG) or PDF
9. Click on the filename
10. Note that instead of displaying in the browser,
the file will be downloaded

On bug 17591 we discovered that there was something weird going on with
the way we export and use subroutines/modules.
This patch tries to standardize our EXPORT to use EXPORT_OK only.
That way we will need to explicitely define the subroutine we want to
use from a module.
This patch is a squashed version of:
Bug 17600: After export.pl
Bug 17600: After perlimport
Bug 17600: Manual changes
Bug 17600: Other manual changes after second perlimports run
Bug 17600: Fix tests
And a lot of other manual changes.
export.pl is a dirty script that can be found on bug 17600.
"perlimport" is:
git clone https://github.com/oalders/App-perlimports.git
cd App-perlimports/
cpanm --installdeps .
export PERL5LIB="$PERL5LIB:/kohadevbox/koha/App-perlimports/lib"
find . \( -name "*.pl" -o -name "*.pm" \) -exec perl App-perlimports/script/perlimports --inplace-edit --no-preserve-unused --filename {} \;
The ideas of this patch are to:
* use EXPORT_OK instead of EXPORT
* perltidy the EXPORT_OK list
* remove '&' before the subroutine names
* remove some uneeded use statements
* explicitely import the subroutines we need within the controllers or
modules
Note that the private subroutines (starting with _) should not be
exported (and not used from outside of the module except from tests).
EXPORT vs EXPORT_OK (from
https://www.thegeekstuff.com/2010/06/perl-exporter-examples/)
"""
Export allows to export the functions and variables of modules to user’s namespace using the standard import method. This way, we don’t need to create the objects for the modules to access it’s members.
@EXPORT and @EXPORT_OK are the two main variables used during export operation.
@EXPORT contains list of symbols (subroutines and variables) of the module to be exported into the caller namespace.
@EXPORT_OK does export of symbols on demand basis.
"""
If this patch caused a conflict with a patch you wrote prior to its
push:
* Make sure you are not reintroducing a "use" statement that has been
removed
* "$subroutine" is not exported by the C4::$MODULE module
means that you need to add the subroutine to the @EXPORT_OK list
* Bareword "$subroutine" not allowed while "strict subs"
means that you didn't imported the subroutine from the module:
- use $MODULE qw( $subroutine list );
You can also use the fully qualified namespace: C4::$MODULE::$subroutine

There is a "debug" parameter we are passing from the controller scripts
to C4::Auth::get_template_and_user, but it's not actually used!
Test plan:
Confirm the assumption

(part #1: new module w/ UT + script + template)
New feature, adds an ability to attach arbitrary files to
acquisition records (currently: to the invoices - but it can
be extended to baskets, basketgroups, budgets etc.).
Note: this code is (heavily) based on "Bug 8130 - attach PDF
files to a patron record" by Kale M Hall, main difference being
that new table (misc_files) and new module (Koha/Misc/Files.pm)
are intended to be a little more generic solution - they allow to
store and manage files associated with great many kinds of records,
from arbitrary tables.
Test plan:
1) Apply patch[es]
2) Run installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
3) Enable system preference 'AcqEnableFiles' in acquisition
4) New option 'Manage invoice files' appears in the invoice
detail page
5) Upload/view/download/delete some files for some invoices
6) Try to delete invoice with files attached (files should
get deleted as well)
7) Try to merge 2+ invoices with files attached; after merge,
all files previously attached to individual invoices being
merged should be attached to resulting invoice (merge destination)
8) prove t/db_dependent/Koha_Misc_Files.t
9) Ensure there are no regressions of any kind in invoice detail
page (acqui/invoice.pl).
