Code Issues Pull Requests Packages Projects Releases Wiki Activity

A couple of fixes: Logs tab was not highlighted when chosen; Serials checkexpiration.pl linked to biblio detail rather than subscription detail. Also adding 'edit' and 'renew' links to those results.
