Bug 41396: Capitalization: 'Transport Settings' and other 

This patch fixes incorrect capitalization in the EDI accounts template.

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> EDI accounts.

- Click "New account"
- The headings for each section of the form should have correct
  capitalization.
