Bug 41885: Rename list download option in staff interface to 'MARC' 

This makes the name match the other places in staff interface and OPAC
where we allow download of MARC records (OPAC lists and cart, staff cart).

To test:
* Create a list in staff with at least one record in it
* Check the download options offer 'iso2709'
* Apply patch
* Verify the name of the option has changed to 'MARC'
* Verify the same name is used for the download options of the list
  in the OPAC
