Bug 12963: Columns misplaced in moremember.tt 

After applying Bug 12899, in moremember page, checkouts table has
misplaced columns.

Test plan:
1. Check out title for a user. Columns in Detail page at checkout tab
are misplaced; there's no Due date column.
2. Aplly patch, everything shuld look fine now.
