Bug 41009: Return to 'Manage request' page after editing

Test plan (before applying patch):
1) Enable ILLModule
2) Create a new ILL request, visit:
<staff_url>/cgi-bin/koha/ill/ill-requests.pl?method=create&backend=Standard
3) After creating the request, you're on the 'Manage request' page.
4) Click 'Edit request'. Click 'Submit'. Notice you're redirected to the list table.
5) Apply patch. Repeat. Notice you're sent to the ILL request 'Manage request' page.
