Bug 9762: (follow-up) Add Test::NoWarnings to CanBookBeIssued.t 

Without this patch:

prove -v /kohadevbox/koha/xt/use-test-no-warnings.t fails

With this patch:

prove -v /kohadevbox/koha/xt/use-test-no-warnings.t passes
