Bug 18706 - Remove useless Javascript 

Whe checking a subfield to be deleted, the code
  $(this).val($(this).siblings("[name='subfield']").val());
is useless, the checkbox already contains the subfield code :
  <input type="checkbox" ... name="disable_input" value="[% ite.subfield %]" />
