Bug 40901: (QA follow-up) Add Replaces/Breaks on old koha-common to koha-systemd 

The old koha-common package shipped the same koha-common.service file
that koha-systemd now ships. Declaring Replaces/Breaks lets upgrades
hand the file over cleanly, matching what koha-sysv and koha-core
already declare.
