Subject: [PATCH] Bug 37762: (QA follow-up): Revert LinkWrapper template v-else
 v-html

The v-html directive was unintentionally left on the fallback <template>
in LinkWrapper during the introduction of the ILL module. It has no
effect and should not have been committed.
