Bug 42679: (QA follow-up) Remove search tag that belongs to bug 42508 

This tag describes the /search/patrons endpoints added by bug 42508.
Nothing in this bug uses it, and if this bug is pushed alone main would
carry a tag for endpoints that don't exist. Bug 42508 should add it.
